10/10 Experience - Exceptional Quality and Performance
I intentionally waited a bit before posting this review to ensure I could provide the most accurate and honest feedback based on real usage.

Purchase & Customer Service:
While searching for an e-bike for my wife, I came across Mihogo. The design and technical specs immediately caught my eye. After researching reviews across various platforms, I decided on the Mihogo Air Carbon. I contacted customer service regarding installment options and a few other inquiries. Contrary to some negative comments I’ve read online, the team was incredibly sincere and helpful every single time. You can absolutely trust their support team.

Shipping & Packaging:
The bike was delivered to Belgium within just 7 days of ordering. The packaging was top-notch; they used very thick cardboard, and every part inside was protected with individual covers. In terms of shipping and protection: 10/10.

Assembly:
Installation was a breeze. By following the videos on their website and using the tools provided in the box, my wife and I completed the assembly in just one hour. Most of the electrical components come pre-assembled. For ease of setup: 10/10.

Ride Performance:
Torque: The torque kicks in the moment you start, providing a great forward boost.
Uphill: Climbing hills feels effortless, almost like riding on a flat road.
Noise Level: One of the best features is how quiet it is. Unlike many other e-bikes, the motor is nearly silent. For this: 10/10.

Weight & Handling:
I’ve seen some negative reviews claiming the bike is too heavy. While it might feel heavy for a woman to lift, we actually see this as a positive. Why should my wife have to carry her bike anyway? It’s designed for riding, not carrying. To ensure it stays stable when parked, they’ve included a very high-quality kickstand.

Constructive Criticism:
If I had to mention one negative point for future improvement, it would be the handlebar adjustment. The screws used to secure the handlebar from turning left or right seem prone to wear. You need to tighten them very well to ensure stability. I hope they consider reinforcing this part in future models.

Final Verdict:
The Mihogo Air Carbon has truly exceeded our expectations. Both my wife and I are incredibly happy with this purchase. A huge thank you to the Mihogo team!

De e-bike werkt niet meer naar enkele minuten valt deze uit. Ik heb deze storing bij het bedrijf gemeld en zij hebben gratis een ''controller'' opgestuurd deze bleek defect te zijn. Deze service is netjes gezien ik de fiets niet rechtstreeks bij het bedrijf heb gekocht.

Oftewel zeer tevreden!

I ordered a bike in January 2025. It's now September and srill no bike. An online search found that Mihogo's address in Los Angeles is a store front, i.e. only a postbox address. Calling the phone number doesn't go anywhere, as nobody ever picks up.
Multiple emails are left unanswered.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Heb een fiets bij ze gekocht. Heb nog wat vragen...maar ze reageren nergens meer op!

Ik heb mijn Air Max nu ruim een week binnen, na ruim een half jaar wachten en veel niet nagekomen beloftes over de levering. Helaas is mij de US versie geleverd, terwijl ik de EU versie had besteld. Mihogo heeft ook niet de moeite genomen om mij daarover vooraf te informeren, want dan had ik de fiets waarschijnlijk geannuleerd. Hoewel de fiets erg goed werkt, fijn fietst en er ook best wel goed uitziet heeft de US uitvoering tot gevolg dat ik de fiets alleen maar illegaal in NL kan gebruiken. Als je er mee wordt aangehouden door de politie krijg je sowiezo een flinke bekeuring en de kans dat je fiets gewoon in beslag wordt genomen is ook erg groot. Uiteraard heb ik bij Mihogo hierover vragen gesteld maar men is niet bereid daarover dan ook maar iets te communiceren. Ook heeft men de financiering die er via Indiegogo binnenkwam gebruikt om de eerste fietsen via AliExpress aan te bieden, terwijl de kopers via Indiegogo werden voorgelogen dat de fietsen er spoedig aankwamen. Ik kan niet anders concluderen dat Mihogo dit met opzet zo heeft ingestoken. Dat is pure misleiding dan wel oplichting. Klachten worden met een nietszeggend antwoord afgedaan, of gewoon helemaal niet beantwoord en ik vrees dat je van de beloofde service en garantie ook niet veel hoeft te verwachten. Mijn advies: KOOP GEEN MIHOGO FIETSEN !

I ordered a bike from Mihogo in February 2024, and it has been a complete nightmare. The delivery was supposed to happen in June 2024, but i received it in January 25. And.. I am still waiting for accessories that were supposed to come with it. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, Mihogo has ignored my messages and provided zero updates.

This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly advise against buying from Mihogo unless you want to deal with delays, missing items, and non-existent customer service.
