High quality straps
I bought two 20mm straps to replace some old straps on a couple watches that I own. The ordering process was seamless, and the shipping was fast. They looked great online but even better in person! The leather looks and feels amazing, and the stitching gives me confidence that these straps will last a long time with the proper care. I will be buying from Milano Straps again next time I need a new strap or want to gift some.

Almost everything gone wrong! ….But client support was the best one
I’ve bought two NATO straps for my Tudor BB58.
I’ve been charged for shipping costs while buying the site showed it was free of charge (I’m waiting to get a refund).
I’ve received a strap that’s not the one I’ve ordered (wrong colour). I’ve requested again a refund.
It’s not been the best experience I’ve had till now…
I’ve to update my review.
Unforeseen may happen to everyone. I’ve really appreciated the prompt support from the Owner who made everything in his power to adjust the situation. I’ve appreciated his behavior indeed!
Client’s support is as much important as the product’s quality.
The strap received is very well done and I like it indeed. It’s a pity I’ve received just one of the couple I’ve chosen.
Milanostraps has refunded me both shipping cost and wrong colored strap!
If shipping to Italy wouldn’t cost so much (compared to straps’ prices) I would buy again the blu strap.
