We booked a trip from Milan Bergamot Airport to Riva Del Garda and I can’t think of anything to fault this company on. From the organisation and ease of contact to the 2 hour trip itself, everything was seamless and professional. The fare was a fantastic price and it must be noted how patient and understanding they are as initially I booked the wrong date. Changing dates wasn’t an issue at all. Would definitely travel with them again. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service and comfort from the Milan Travel team, was chauffeured around in a new Mercedes Vito, next time I'm visiting Italy they will be my first to call.

As a 32 year old female traveling with a friend, we can honestly say that we felt 100% safe, respected and looked after during our transfer to and from Milan Airport to our travel destination. We received excellent communication from the moment we chose to travel with Milan Travel. We were able to email and use WhatsApp and the company was very quick to respond to messages and with excellent English. We received a message the morning of our flight wishing us a good flight and details of where we could expect the driver to collect us and that they would be holding a sign with our name. When we got through passport control and baggage collection, the driver was already for waiting for us in arrivals with a sign. The driver was friendly and courteous, taking our cases and bags from us and then loading our cases in to the vehicle. The vehicle was exceptionally clean, had air con and was very comfortable to travel in. We had a 1 hour 40 minute journey to our hotel and the driver ensured we were comfortable and drove safely throughout the journey. Once we arrived at the hotel, the driver got our cases out and waited for us to get in to the main reception of the hotel before driving away. The journey back to the airport was just as well organised. We received arrival time updates via WhatsApp, and our driver arrived promptly once again, in another exceptionally clean and comfortable vehicle, already air conditioned. Once again our cases were taken and loaded for us, and the journey back to the airport was smooth. As two females travelling alone, we were especially impressed and grateful for how safe we felt travelling with Milan Travel. The entire experience was exceptional and I highly highly recommend using Milan Travel, especially for Airport transfers. In addition to the already excellent care and communication we received, Milan Travel went above and beyond to get my glasses returned to me once I realised in the Airport I had left them in the back of the vehicle. I contacted Milan Travel via WhatsApp and received a response within minutes. They had called the driver to check whether my glasses were in the vehicle and messaged me to reassure me that the driver found my glasses, and was returning to the airport to get them to me. I was given an approximate time of arrival and advised where he would be. The driver arrived and was again very kind and courteous and did not make me feel silly or an inconvenience. I genuinely couldn’t of wished or asked for a better experience from start to finish and am very grateful to Milan Travel for their exceptional service and conduct. I will absolutely be using Milan Travel again in the future when travelling to Italy. Thank you.
