there is always something with delivery of package, if not taxes its customs. I do not recommend.

Unprofessional, unreliable, and possibly dishonest. Horrific experience.
MILE is useless, incompetent, and customer service doesn’t exist. My £100 parcel was delivered to the wrong door, stolen, and despite months of chasing, they have done absolutely NOTHING! no refund, no replacement, no response.
They clearly don’t care about their customers or basic legal responsibilities. Dealing with MILE has been a nightmare, total disrespect, negligence, and theft by proxy. I wouldn’t trust them to deliver a letter, let alone a parcel. Avoid this company at all costs.
It’s 3 months after I ordered a package…
It’s 3 months after I ordered a package with 3 items, 1 item came in a week after ordering but I still didn’t receice the other 2. They reply the same automatic answer to me, and didn’t do anything to help. On top of that I still pay 10 euros per month because I still want my parcel. SCAM

Excellent Products, Non-Existent Customer Service
Love the products and have been a loyal, ongoing purchaser for many months. But my current experience has rendered the service unusable and the customer support entirely unreachable.
For the past two months, I have been completely unable to complete a checkout or make any new purchases on the app.
I have attempted to contact the customer service team over four times. To date, I have received zero acknowledgement, zero response, and zero resolution.
Meanwhile, I am still being charged my monthly membership fee. This constitutes paying for a service that is not being delivered.

Warning!!
Warning!!! Purchased a dressing gown and 2 pairs of trainers in the same order.
The dressing gown arrived promptly but will be retuning due to sizing (once they share the returns process I have asked for as they don't have an automatic process or portal it needs to be done manually) but the two pairs of trainers are currently stuck in customs.
These were sent from outside of the UK which was never disclosed during the purchasing process.
The package is currently stuck in Philadelphia with unpaid import and custom fees due to the invoices not being paid correctly by the seller.
This was not disclosed on any part of the app, purchase order or item listing mentioning that it would be sent from aboard and incur additional fees unlike the rest of my order.
I will be looking to resolve this via email as soon as possible or I will be refusing delivery and the item can be returned to sender and I will contact my credit card company due to this misleading sale.

I ordered 2 shirts from gallery dept during there sample sale and supposedly they said that it would take 3-5 days to ship my stuff i havent gotten my clothes or any updates on my order i even emailed them 2 times and they claimed they would get back to me but never did

After my initial purchase as a guest in March, my membership is still awaiting approval - even after multiple emails promising otherwise and apologising for the delay in sorting it out! I’m a journalist and I’ve worked for high-end luxury brands/publications and it’s outrageous that I’ve had to wait for sooo long!!!
