made travel arrangements seamless. visited and told Clare where ,when and how we wanted to travel, Clare arranged everything, flights, Hotels, train connections - booked everything to our satisfaction. hugely grateful took all the worry and stress away. Thank you Clare at Miles Morgan Nailsworth

Hayley did a fantastic job for us sorting out our 30th Wedding Anniversary trip
Hayley did a fantastic job for us and got us exactly what we wanted for our 30th Wedding Anniversary holiday. She was really excellent to be with whilst she very efficiently got on with sorting out our holiday and communicated everything that was going on throughout the call with Emerald. Couldn't be happier and we have complete confidence that when it comes to sorting out the other bits we need for the trip in 2026 (flights, hotel after the cruise and possible stopover on the way back) it will be handled professionally and be right for us.

Excellent customer service
We were welcomed into the shop by a friendly salesperson. She gave us information to take away so we could make a considered choice. When we returned she answered all our queries (luckily she had done the same cruise a few months previously). The booking process was all very smooth. We felt that we were being treated as a valued customer, despite the fact that this was the first time we had booked with Miles Morgan.
