Charlotte was amazing. Hugo immediately took to her and she made such a lovely job of grooming him.
Facilities are great.. lovely clean environment. Will definitely be going back! Plus she has the most beautiful dog 🐶💗

Both my dogs were groomed very well, both visibly enjoyed their visit.

Additionally, the parlour was fully equipped, professional and clean and Charlotte was very friendly and welcoming.

Prices were also very reasonable. Would recommend.

Choco had a full groom including nose and toes balming, plus a clean set of teeth, and he came out looking and feeling amazing. Thank you to Miley’s Mutt’s for taking such lovely care of him, highly recommend!

We took our dog Cooper here for a bath and tidy before we book him in for a full groom. He has been a bit temperamental at the groomers in the past but Charlotte completely calmed him and did an amazing job. We can’t wait to book him in for a full groom, thankyou <3

Due to my old groomer going on maternity leave I was recommended Charlotte who despite only just setting up her grooming business did an absolutely fantastic job with my Cavalier King Charles. Charlotte attempted to charge me less than I was paying my previous groomer but as the cut was equally as good I thought it was only fair to pay the same amount. My dog will definitely be back for another cut in the summer. I would highly recommend for any Cottam based dogs.

Perfect from start to finish. My 7 yr old Layla, is a very nervous Maltese and I was a bit worried about how she would respond but Charlotte made her feel at ease from the onset. Layla seemed really happy and content when I arrived to pick her up and she smells and looks beautiful! Highly recommend and we have found our regular groomer so I’m delighted 😀

I have taken Winnie to Charlotte for nearly two years now for a full bath and groom and I have to say she is the best of the best. She amazing at grooming my dog and she is absolutely amazing with Winnie and always treats her the best and always makes sure that Winnie looks and smells her best! I would recommend Miley’s Mutts to everyone! And so would Winnie :)

I took my French Bulldog, Cooper to be washed & pampered. It was his very first experience, so he was a bit nervous,
Charlotte immediately put him at ease, ensuring he enjoyed his pamper time.
She did a great job and he came home smelling gorgeous and looking very handsome. Highly recommend

When we aquired Alfie (working cocker spaniel) we wanted to keep the breed cut and after searching we selected a national well known high street chain of dog groomers and Charlotte was appointed Alfie`s groomer, her cutting and grooming skills impressed us from day one, we said to Charlotte, if ever you leave your employment please let us know because we will follow. That day arrived recently as Charlotte went self-employed and yes, we followed Charlotte to her own salon "Miley`s Mutts, Cottam, Preston", she is a first class groomer and cutter and has NVQs in dog grooming to back this up. Oh, and by the way, did I tell you? Miley is the name of Charlotte`s dog :)

Groomed my dog Albus. He can be a bit nervous but she did a really great job at calming him.

Bella is a nervous dog that has struggled with grooming with other groomers. She looks beautiful after her groom with Charlotte. We would highly recommend her and have booked more sessions. Nothing is too much trouble.

Charlotte at Mileys Mutts is great with my Labrador! He always comes home smelling lovely and feeling so soft. He can be hard work with his nail trims but Charlotte always does a great job! I would highly recommend :)

Fantastic dog groomer. I have a 50kg GSD long haired, he comes out beautiful everytime. I tried two other dog groomers and hes never been groomed as well by others.

Charlotte has done an incredible job with my 9month old cockapoo! He had been to other groomers before but you can just tell he’s so comfortable and happy at Miley’s Mutts 🥹
