Dan arrived as expected after ringing to let us know that he was on the way. He was knowledgeable, efficient and rapidly got my wife’s power chair back on the move with the correct parts. Obviously, when you depend on these devices for your mobility you hope for good service to resolve your problem, and Millercare absolutely delivered.

Recently purchased a wheelchair from Millercare for my dad. The service provided by Joanne was first class as they didn’t have the one we wanted in stock. She sourced one and got it there within 24 hours meaning my dad can now go to watch Oldham rugby tonight! First class service

Initially, I had a frustrating experience with the online service as my wheelchair ramp delivery was delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, and I had to follow up myself. However, after raising my concerns, the customer service team promptly reached out, apologized for the delay, and arranged for urgent delivery. Their professionalism and commitment to resolving the issue were impressive. The in-store team was also very helpful. Overall, I appreciate their efforts in making things right, and I’m satisfied with the service."
