I visited this garage in Exeter, Devon, yesterday while trying to buy a van for my daughter, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received.
From the very first phone call, Gemma was absolutely fantastic, friendly, helpful, and made booking our pre-MOT so easy. When we arrived, we were looked after by Red and Aaron, and they were both brilliant. After carrying out the pre-MOT, Aaron took the time to walk us through everything, showing us the issues on the van and explaining things clearly without any pressure.
What really stood out was how much time they gave us. We never felt rushed or like “just another customer” they genuinely cared and wanted to help us make the right decision. Their honesty, advice, and attention to detail made a stressful situation so much easier.
It’s rare to find a garage that makes you feel so valued, but this team really does. I left feeling confident, supported, and very grateful.
