This people are scam! Dont ever buy this again as you wont get any satisfaction. I bought and received but as i open it its just a cheap un graded kind of glasses that you can buy £1 in anywhere shop. Likewise its not fit to use as the grade is not what you expected. I contacted them and raised my concerns to return and demand for a full refund. But the only they can do is to compensate me for £4 which is unjust and unfair which give me a short fall £15.42 from the total amount i paid £19.42 which i considered a “Big Joke”!!! And with others experience here yes it seem they using AI robot to response this queeries

Disappointing product!
Focusing is not as easy as advertised and is disorienting!
Unfortunately they’ve ended up in the ‘spares’ draw!!! 👎

Thorough service, good communication, extra issue sorted without any fuss.

They arrived ok but using them was not very good. Near vision was fine but distance was not very clear.

I waited over a month for my order (wireless jelly bra) I had to chase up and they resent... when it arrived it was not what I expected. Too big and poor quality. I contacted to return and they offered me £1 refund i thought it was a joke. I have sent several emails and jusy same nonsense response if I get one at all. I WOULD NOT ORDER AGAIN 😒

I have emailed my issues and complaint to the support email, multiple times with no resolve. They did not provide the returns policy as requested or agree to my return for a refund. shocking customer services! I will not be completed satisfied until I am able to return the product for a refund.

Arrived safely, well packaged, the glasses work and will be a useful second pair to my prescription ones. My only criticism is that they are a little small, making them tight to wear and making me think that they may not last long due to stress on the frames (hence four, not five stars) but the price was excellent, so if I have to replace them once a year it’s not the end of the world….

Slow delivery. Looks ok but not really working for me - think it will take time to work out how to use them! So far not very satisfactory!

Shocking cheap glasses worth about £1. Cheap in everyway. All they are is a layered lense. Absolutely rubbish.

Bought the no sagging Bra.
But there is no support what so ever.
So unfortunately I feel it was not worth the money.
Not only did it take forever to get here .

Do not buy. I ordered the glasses but quite frankly think they have clear plastic in with no modification for helping anyone’s eyesight. Asked to return and was initially offered £1 as “compensation then they upped it to £3!! Their only redeeming feature is that the customer service /AI bots are very polite!
Do yourself a favour and don’t put your hard earned money their way.

Don't think there up to much, disappointed

Delivery took nearly one month - I didnt realise that my parcel was coming from outside the UK.
Whilst the bra fabric is soft I am disappointed with the fit & style.

After previous (failed, scammed…!) attempts of buying via social media I was sceptical about ordering the over glasses sun glasses via Facebook but my experience has been positive. I was very impressed with the shipment tracking updates I regularly received by email. I am very pleased with the design and efficiency of the glasses. They entirely cover my prescription glasses, whereas other makes do not. All in all no complaints, & one happy customer. Thank you.
