I really enjoy the reishi mushroom, it has really helped with my sleep! I recommend it to all my loved ones :)

After telling some friends about my hard time in sleeping at night, two people recommended me to try Reishi extract -they described it as “wonderful/life changing”. Since nightmares were a routine for me, I decided to give it a try even though I thought it was quite pricey.
I’m at my third bottle now and I my nightmares are gone. It does seem pricey at the beginning, but it is definitely a self-care “investment” that I highly recommend to whoever needs better sleep, once you finally have a goodnight sleep you understand that it is just priceless.

I’m giving 4 stars for now because I’m also using Chaga since 3 months and I didn’t feel any difference yet.

The lions mane product fulfilled my expectations and more. Postage timing was very good too, within one week.

Iv been trying Daily Ritual Pack - Mushroom Liquid Extracts for nearly a month now.
Definetly feel more energetic in the morning. And sleep deeper in the night. Great product!!! Highly recomend!

I ordered Maitake, Lion’s mane and Reishi and from the first day I feel the difference. I recently had troubles to fall asleep and taking Reishi every evening change it drastically! I add Maitake to my morning coffee and really feel more energy and I really think that’s even more effective than coffee ! I use Lion’s mane to kick me up after lunch and feel so much less tired during the afternoon than usual.
Really I’m very happy to finally try those mushrooms and added them to my daily life

Jeg er godt tilfreds med mind studio i forhold til hjemmesiden, abonnement og levering. Er en smule mere tøvende ift effekten. Har brugt Lions mane om morgenen og Reishi om aftenen i snart 4 uger. Kan mærke lidt mere energi om dagen, men ingen effekt på søvnen.
Måske har jeg bare ikke taget dem længe nok til, at effekten helt er slået igennem. Jeg vil i hvert fald fortsætte og se, om effekten bliver større over tid.

Have tried chaga and the new cordyceps. Should be high quality extracts and I do like them both.

Jeg har snart tømt min første Lions Mane, og er blevet så glad for dens støtte til mit mentale fokus - særligt ift. den sene tid efter en hjernerystelse. Derudover er det dejligt at smagen er diskret og god.

Bought my product on 21 of May I'm still waiting for it, when checking the tracking number it says delivered on 23 of May what's not true, contacted the vendor I'm still waiting for the answer...

I bought the Lion's Mane Organic Functional Mushroom Extract at my local Yoga Studio and now re-ordered it online. Before I bought it I did my research on the effects of the mushrooms, not just the ones which are mentioned on the Mind Studio Website and figured that Lion's Mane sounded like something for me. I am struggeling a lot with depression for years now, also with weak concentration and with general immune health issues all the time. I can't believe it myself but I honestly felt a difference in my mood pretty much from the first day I took the extract and nearly could physically feel my brain relax a bit more than usual and somehow it felt like my brain was feeling some kind of a relief but which I could physically feel and cannot exactly explain. The first day I got a headache from it but kept going with it and already on the second day the headache went away. It didn't cure my depression of course but it seems like it did something which I really cannot explain. Even other people around me noticed that I'm in a bit better mood than usual and also more active and motivated. It might of course not help everyone with depression because depression can come from sooo many other health issues within the body (e.g. malnutrition..) or just the general life circumstances of a person etc - but I feel like it's at least worth a try if you're struggling. I will definitely keep on trying it and see how it goes over a few months because so far I only tried it for two months. I would for sure recommend it from the experience which I have now. I would just wish that Mind Studio would also add side effects on their website because I read that those can be quite tough for some mushrooms, if I looked it up correctly. And I think that is really important to also point out the risky sides of a powerful product like that. Plus, I'd hope for them to launch even more mushroom breeds in the future to support our bodies, health and minds even more.

Although I have only been using reishi mushroom extract for a few weeks, I have already noticed that my sleep quality has improved, and I see stress factors more calmly.

High-quality lion's mane extract, I can feel a noticeable difference. Helped remove brain fog and significantly reduced stress and depression. The difference is quite clear.

I have used the Reishi and Lions Mane for two months. I use Reishi before going to bed, and it has really improved my overall sleep. Before using Reishi I woke up many times during a night, but now i dont wake up nearly as often. Lions Mane help me keep focus on my job. I take it in my morning coffee on my job, and it really helps me get through the day.

Will definitely continue with Reishi and Lions Mane :)

Great service, but most important the product is really making a difference for me. I subscribe on the Lions Mane and it has made a HUGE difference for me (have used it for 3 months now). I am much more focused and mentally robust during the whole (work) day. A nice side effect of this is also that I have started working out again (which I have not done in many years) as I now have the energy for it.
