Stock that shows in stock on your website, is not in stock with you. This causes orders to take very long to be sent out as you are waiting for stock from your suppliers.

Preparation to book the courier is very bad. Even last time same thing. Courier guys are quicker just after they collected.

I received the incorrect replacement screen despite me providing the original serial number, part number, HP model number and pictures of the original screen.
I waited 2 weeks prior to me getting the incorrect part. I am hoping this this would be resolved, as this matter has been going on for almost a month.
