MASSIVE SCAM.

I paid over €100 and never received my order. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the responses—when they bother to reply—are rude and full of excuses. Each time it's a different story. This company is completely unreliable and should not be in business.

I also got scammed.
One month later, still haven't receive anything.
I want to get a full refund.

Unfortunately, we fell for it too. Niceand product, but in the end we’re €50 down for a chair that was never delivered. Ordered on April 30th and it was supposed to arrive on May 7th or 8th. We’ve emailed five times since, and each time we were told it was being handled — but nothing ever arrived.

PESSIMO. Il mio ordine, eseguito più di un mese fa non è mai arrivato. Mi avevano assicurato che sarebbe stato spedito entro fine del mese di maggio, ma nulla. Il loro indirizzo mail al momento non sembra più valido e è impossibile mettersi in contatto. Assolutamente da EVITARE.

Ordered on the 2nd may and have emailed 3 times asking where my chair is. Website has now disappeared and I have gone through my bank to request a refund

Ordered a travel chair 2 weeks ago, received an email saying order was being processed. Checked yesterday to track the order and the website has completely gone, emailed and was was returned undelivered, complete and utter scam!

Avoid!!! Scam! Charge your card and nothing delivers!

Ordered toddler camping chair on 1 May - no confirmation order email or anything since. Have resulted to raising dispute through my credit card company for refund.

Ordered over a month ago, messaged 3 times and was ignored- eventually someone replied and said end of May but still no dispatch confirmation or any further information from them! Will never order from them again and will tell others to avoid unless you want to be scammed!

Sono scandalosi ho fatto un ordine il 3 Maggio ancora non mi e’ arrivato nulla , per fortuna ho pagato con PayPal adesso vedranno loro. Spero non sia una truffa!

I notified them that i need to receive in 1 one week wroste case but they didn t reply anymore

I had ordered a camping chair for our child more than 3 weeks ago. Until today the item has not been delivered. In mid May I only received an email where they assured me that the delivery will be made in the last week of May at the latest. They have offered 10% discount. Neither the chair nor the discount arrived. Stay away from them!

Order given morgen than 3 weeks ago, no item received, no tracking number and no response on any email request. Only thing that happend rapidly was the charging of my credit card. ORDER #1298
Guys cancel the order and refund me immediately!!!
