Ordered from this company in June 2026 without researching them first, and whilst I was hopeful all of the negative reviews on here are the truth. Package arrived 3 months later and had missing pieces but most importantly does not resemble my custom vehicle one bit. The bricks are cheap quality and the model itself doesn’t hold together well. I have tried to request a refund however no reply from email or live chat in 3 days! Do not trust the reviews on their website as it is AI fuelled, do not buy if you don’t want to be disappointed!

Being 6 months now not even recieved design. Whenever check order last two times it's being about 3 weeks and apparently to them only 3 days have passed on the estimated time.

Finally got it yesterday. Looks as described in pictures just haven't received instructions so currently looking into it.

If i could, i would give zero stars. The custom build took 6 months to turn up. It was in the wrong colour and instructions for the front grill were missing. I reported it via live chat and nobody responded for 3 days. Thenni did get a responce who said they would pass it on. 1 month later and no response. Totally useless and no money back.

Terrible, I paid £80 for a custom model of a Ford focus RS. It took 4 months to arrive. Consisted of no more than 100 bricks, the online instructions were very unclear. Very Small basic model car. Would have been better off sticking with Lego. Only managed to build half of it - fit for the bin. This website/company is a total scam. Please avoid and save your money. Unable to add a photo but happy to provide if I could.

I ordered a custom Lego car in early December, it arrived 6 months later. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, so that defeated the whole purpose of the gift. I asked for a refund and they refused because "it was a custom order". However, they hadn't started production on it until 5 months after I placed the order. Clearly just a money grab and refusal for refunds. It cost me nearly $115 and when it finally arrived, the renderings look nothing like the car I sent them pictures of, and there were no instructions. Biggest waste of $115 of my life. Tried to dispute with my CC, but the dispute rendered me responsible anyways. Extremely frustrating, and I wish I could give them 0 stars and see their business go under. I'm not the only one experiencing this, either. Scam, don't waste your money.

Ordered custom build in December and got it 5 months later. Plus when my friend opened it up, none of the QR codes were the build instructions.

Their live chat is not live and their "respond within several hours" is not true. Practically worst customer experience I have ever had

Do not waste your time with this company. I've been waiting since December for my custom car and when I message them all they say is basically "we're sorry, it will be done eventually." And they refuse to refund you because your money has "already been allocated to resources and time for your car." What resources and time? It's been sitting in a queue since i ordered it. My order has been stuck on ~4 days until design for almost 2 months now

Order a custom MiniCubez on the 4th January, sent so many emails asking where it is, never get a response. AVOID! You’ve been warned…

After seeing this and thinking it was a great idea I ordered a custom order for my partner for christmas. The wait time was no where to be seen on anything I read.
After waiting 6 months for it to turn up, it arrived with no QR code to get instructions on how to build. They did send the QR code in a bot chat on the website but it only lasts 7 days and if no reply gets deleted.
We now have a half-finished car (of which some of the pieces are missing) and no way to finish it.
I have sent off chats on 3 more occasions to try and get them to send the instructions but no answer.
Would not recommend buying to anyone.

SCAM..
ordered in december 2025 a custom motorbike, sent 5 pictures of my own motorbike with different angles.
I recieved 5 months later a bag of pieces that could have been designed in an hour by a 10 year old.
Nothing like advertised or the pictures i sent.
Also ordered the licence plate based on my own bike and did not recieve this.
Tried using buyer protect from paypal but they rejected claim.
Keep away......

Scam. Item was never posted, tracking number created, but they never sent the parcel. Then no responses from support. Money down the drain.

Sent a message to ask about an item for the car stand quick before ordering and didn't get a response till a month later when I HAD to MESSAGE them again to tell them what's going on, I only had one question and they couldn't answer that before ordering, lucky I'm reading all these reviews and seeing how much worse it is when you buy their product.. oh HELL nah.

Would give zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs. Placed my order on the 8th of February. It is now 27th of April and still no communication. The second they took my money, they went radio silent. Absolute scam.

Took them 5months to tell me they lost my photos and I need to reupload them, then they claimed they werent good enough (untrue). Offered 50% refund lol. Im honestly doubtful they are still producing after realising they can just scam and defer people indefinitely.

4 months and no clear updates. They ghost you once you pay and provide little detail months later. However, they will send out mass emails to encourage people to pay for an expedite order lol. What a scam, please save yourself the headache and avoid!! In process of going through a PayPal dispute.

Not happy happy at all. After waiting 5 months I received a design which looked nothing like my car, They talk about lLEGO but it is definitely not genuine LEGO pieces. The QR code for the instruction only worked till step 117 and then wouldn’t load any more. I tried chat 3 different times to tell them the QR code isn’t working with no response what so ever. I paid all that money and don’t even have a complete car. The only thing accurate with the design is the personalized plates. I don’t recommend and I will never purchase from them again

We are now on month 4 of a custom order that supposedly takes 6 months for delivery. This lead time was intentionally buried on your website. I reached out to “customer service” previously and was offered the “opportunity” to receive a 50% refund instead of my order?

I was partially satisfied with the reasoning of “materials, labor, etc. have already been dedicated to this order" and decided to wait another month. In this time, I have come across countless other consumers experiencing the same issues. It seems no one else was aware of this ridiculous lead time either. Maybe your website and marketing is the issue…?

Unfortunately for MiniCubez, customers who did eventually receive their orders posted them online- disappointment. The fact that people have paid over $100 to wait 6 months and receive a plastic bag of generic bricks, no instruction manual- just a QR code that goes to a dead page, and an inaccurate representation of their submitted images leads me to believe that this company is either 1.) just three guys doing this in their basement for fun or, more likely, 2.) the biggest corporate scammer in recent memory.

The constant email blasts from your nameless “CEO” are simply infuriating. “We know we’re running a 6 month lead time with little to no response, but here’s a new promotion to get more orders in”. As if you haven’t scammed enough people out of their hard-earned money, you now offer the option to “expedite” an order for an additional $50. Sickening.

The fact that I cannot find a single positive statement about your product or company also leads me to believe that the reviews generated on your website are completely fake.

This is absolutely disgusting business practice all around, and practice that will not keep you in “business” much longer. As soon as your team is back online, cancel my order and refund my payment method in full immediately. Any response other than a confirmation of this will be met with a chargeback from my credit card company, and yet another scathing review to join the hundreds of others.

If you just so happen to be chartered in the US, expect to be reported to every single corporate regulating agency or bureau I can find.
