The review was run by Liz Watt. It was a well run informative session with a lot of useful info to take away, particularly if you have no first aid experience. Would definitely recommend for new parents, existing parents of young children and grand parents.

The course was excellent. Laura made us all feel really relaxed and it really built my confidence. The day was very hands on and consolidated the e-learning nicely.

Laura was a fantastic teacher. She is super information and kept the session running at an engaging pace. I’ve left feeling really encouraged to feel confident using the first aid skills I’ve learnt. I would recommend this course to anyone, 10/10.

The Emergency First Aid course was excellent and good value for money; our instructor Judith certainly knew how to keep us engaged whilst getting the important information across. I hope I never need to put the training into action, but I feel I am now much better equipped if I ever do. I thoroughly recommend Mini First Aid.

The course was well run. The tutor took time to address all issues raised. She made it fun and the aids were good. I would recommend.

This was a really excellent experience. The welcoming emails beforehand were followed by an excellent 2 hour session. The trainer was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. As a new grandmother I went to refresh my knowledge and get more up to date information. The booklet was very handy. Even though I went on my own I felt very comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend this and have recommended it to friends already.

Excellent, professional, friendly and knowledgeable trainer. We are first-time grandparents and although we had done other first aid courses in the past we wanted a refresher and this was perfectly suited to our needs. We recommend Mini First Aid warmly.

I attended a mini first aid class in Haddington. The course was well attended and well delivered. I had my 6 week old baby with me and was made to feel very comfortable. The information is invaluable and the insteuctor was happy to give me extra time at the end to cover things I had missed while feeding my baby.
I highly recommend this course and think it was very good value for money.

I completed a blended paediatric course with the in person bit today with Laura from Norfolk. She was amazing, engaging and I feel like I’ve learnt so much from it.

We recently completed a Mini First Aid course with Lynn, and I can't recommend it enough. Having the session in the comfort of our own home was a huge bonus, and it meant our whole family could take part together.

With a new little one in the family, we wanted to feel more confident knowing what to do in an emergency. Lynn was so friendly, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. She covered a wide range of topics, including CPR, choking, allergic reactions, burns, and when and who to call in an emergency.

She encouraged us to ask as many questions as we wanted, and nothing ever felt rushed. By the end of the course, we all felt much more confident and reassured that we would know how to respond if faced with an emergency.

It's something we hope we never have to use, but we're so glad we invested the time to do it. I would highly recommend this course to any family, especially those with young children.

Clara was fantastic. Not only demonstrating the invaluable material but also adding in her own personal experiences to help make it more real to people who first aid is all new for. She also had to power through a room of noisy babies and did excellently!

Attended one of these sessions with my partner as we're about to become first time parents. Really useful information and just good for peace of mind and reassurance. Nicki was really friendly, welcoming and informative and would definitely recommend for others to attend.

From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Our trainer, **Lell**, was absolutely amazing. I genuinely can't stop singing her praises. She made the session engaging, interactive and easy to understand, taking what can feel like overwhelming information and explaining it in a way that was simple, practical and memorable.

The mums absolutely loved the session. Many of them were first-time mums, and you could really see their confidence grow throughout the training. Lell created such a relaxed and welcoming environment that everyone felt comfortable asking questions and getting involved.

As someone who has completed paediatric first aid training myself, I can honestly say this was one of the best sessions I've attended. Lell was professional, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly passionate about what she does.

I also can't stop singing the praises of the whole Mini First Aid team. They delivered exceptional value for money and provided training that could genuinely save lives. We will definitely be booking with them again, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mini First Aid to any parent, school, nursery or organisation looking for high-quality paediatric first aid training.

A Mini First Aid class is a good way to gets lots of helpful information and gain confidence in dealing with an emergency. Lynn is a lovely person and knows a lot about first aid, the class was very informative and delivered in an inclusive way, all welcome including young babies. Highly recommend attending a class run by Mini First Aid.
