Good communication and fast dhipping

Great product, fast delivery

Extremely happy with my purchase. Exceptional craftsmanship. Also, wonderful customer service and communication from Ulgen. Thanks again!

The rug I bought shipped faster than I expected and was wrapped into a neat little bundle. I appreciated the shipping tracking.

My parents bought a custom rug as a gift for me and I can’t explain how efficient and helpful the team were in the whole process. It arrived yesterday and we absolutely adore it, it’s so sweet and beyond brilliantly made. Such a wonderful company!

Communication with the shop owner was very friendly and helpful, and the shipment to germany was super fast. I‘m happy with both the customer service and of course the lovely rug itself.

Quick shipping, beautiful rug—exactly like pictures on website. Only thing to note for other potential customers is to be careful when cutting open packaging, rug is unpadded within mailer bag so be careful not to cut into any thread.

The quality of the rug and cushion cover is great! Handmade so worth every cent. I consider them works of art and will hang the rug on the wall with magnetic tape (tip).

I also had a number of questions about shipping to the Netherlands regarding the extra costs, and she was very helpful arranging everything.

The products are very high in quality and designed with a great taste. The company has been very attentive during the shipping process. Great experience overall

This rug is beautiful, great quality, exactly the same as pictured, arrived fast an Franci loves it!
Thank you

I took a long time to choose which rug to buy, but eventually settled on Jessie's World. The rug arrived carefully packaged and within the estimated time. I am delighted with the rug, it sits perfectly in-between our 2 grand daughters' beds and looks amazing. I would definitely recommend MiniKnots.

Amazing rug - beautifully made, way exceeded expectations, and arrived the day after ordering. I would give more stars if they were available

My rug from miniknots is exquisite. Beautifully designed and wholly original. Customer service was excellent too; Ulgen replied to my initial question about delivery within minutes and was flexible about delivery to fit in with my movements. A really good company with a delightful aesthetic and a personal service.

Such a beautiful rug, really quick and friendly service too. Working at a design magazine, we had featured these rugs in shopping guides and decided to buy one as a present for a colleague who was going on maternity leave.

In love with MiniKnots. Their rugs photograph so well but even more stunning in person. My 2 year old son was immediately fascinated by the vivid colours and textures. It’s a timeless piece well worth the investment. Thank you for the great customer experience. Highly recommended!

Miniknot’s rug and mini cushion made my home such a lovely and cozy place. I’m fascinated with the Brand’s characteristics(hand-made, traditional weaving style, unique stories written on the rugs) Also, Miniknot’s customer center is very kind and prompt.

The order process was very smooth, despite EU-UK cross-border handling, everything was thought of. The rug is of great quality and is bringing much delight every day. Will for sure order another one. Happy to have discovered this shop! Thank you
