Mini Maestros Music & Movement for 0-5s - Believing in Every Child’s Potential.
What We Do
We want your child to thrive, so we make it easy to support their well-being.
We embrace different learning styles and make learning fun.
We combine wonderful local communities with passionate music teachers, resulting in new friendships and creative, confident and expressive young minds and so much fun and laughter.
What We Want
We want every child to reach the primary school gates confident, excited to learn, and equipped with essential classroom skills and experience. We want every child to push those gates open with a skip in their step and a song in their heart.
Our 3 Step Process to Give Your Child the Best Start:
1. Enrol in a Mini Maestros class.
2. Let our age-appropriate, sequential, inclusive music and movement program provide a nurturing and fun space for you and your child to make social connections, develop confidence and be free to fully self-express.
3. Celebrate and connect with your wonderful local community as you marvel in the positive developments your child makes giving them confidence and sense of well-being.

Kate is amazing with the kids
Kate is amazing with the kids. They respond so well, and are thoroughly engaged. The program is diverse and teaching the kids so much, at an age appropriate level. So, it's educational, fun and engaging. There's consideration, patience and understanding for the kids who are at different stages of emotional development, and or neurodiversity too. A welcoming environment for everyone to go at their own pace, and feel comfortable. With just the right amount of boundaries and direction. We love it. Could not be happier.

Amazing for all children!

Great activity for active toddlers
My daughter loves Mini Maestros the music and dancing are right up her alley! The teachers are also very attentive.

Kate is an incredible teacher! Both our children thrive in her class and have so much fun! Highly recommend her and her classes to anyone with young children.

My initial contact with Kate was…
My initial contact with Kate was fantastic, she was friendly, professional and emailed me all the details straight away.
I was taking my under 3 Grandson to MM at my local Community house and Lenny joined in very quickly as Kate was so good at including all the kids in the activities. My little man loved it and even now when he is going past the Community centre he tells his parents and siblings that he went to MM there. He also loves to watch the videos I took of him on the first session and knows it was MM. Note, the videos were not put on social media, they were to show his parents.
Unfortunately, we were only able to attend one face to face session as COVID spoiled it for everyone. We did join two Zoom sessions with Kate but Lenny didn’t connect with that the same as face to face. It’s hard to explain to an almost 3 year old why we couldn’t join Kate in person. Also, I unfortunately became unwell and spent some time in hospital.
Kate has continued to include me in all emails and invited me to join in for Term 4 but I decided not to sign up as I no longer look after Lenny on a Monday.
Once we are out of Lockdown and MM can return to “live” session I hope to bring him back next year.

It was such a shame that little Lenny only made it to one class before the lockdowns happened. It’s been such a challenging time for everyone but especially hard for the poor little ones who don’t understand. I absolutely love my job and miss seeing those gorgeous little smiles everyday. I can’t wait to be back in the class room. I’m glad to hear you are feeling better and I look forward to seeing you and Lenny as soon as we can. 🐝💕🎶 Kate x

Shared, Happy times at Langwarrin
I am currently on grandchild no 4 who have enjoyed the delightful classes that Kate runs. Willow is 18 months old and just loves bopping to the music both at class and at home when we take avail of the online classes the rest of the week. She really responds to using an instrument in time to the lovely music that Kate plays. This class is a wonderful way to introduce children to music and socialise with their age group. Kate is so caring and enthusiastic. I highly recommend her classes.

Kate is such a wonderful facilitator! We look forward to our Mini Maestros class each week and I've loved watching my 18mo grow in confidence and start understanding how rhythm works with different percussion instruments. I highly recommend Mini Maestros to any parent who is looking for a fun activity to do with their little one.
