They sent bras that did not fit, despite me ordering the correct size according to the website. When I queried this I was offered £6 credit for the store! Why would I want to spend more money when my original purchase was unuseable. They are saying that they can't do any more. I am absolutely appalled and wsnt the world to know about them so nobody orderd from them! I just want my money back and will keep hounding them for this!

If it was possible to give a 0 i would. I paid and never received my items and they have never replied to any emails i have sent.
Please be aware... if you order they will just take your money and run

I ordered coats for both of my granddaughters well in advance of Christmas 2025. I finally received one of the coats but it took many communications and many promises on their part. I have never received the other coat and keep asking for a refund. All I keep getting are more promises that it’s on its way. The clothing pictured is so darling but don’t fall for this. This company is the biggest scam I have ever come across in my life. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!☣️☣️☣️☣️

Omg the bra’s are rubbish no support I couldn’t hook the back of them closed…. Now I’m stuck with them because I have no where to send them…..!

After living in my home for 26 years, I was told my address didn't exist and to choose another address???? Seriously? I'm actually grateful this happened considering the terrible reviews! I was saved alot of "aggravation.

Do not waste your money, the sizing is completely wrong, they do not support at all. I have contacted mini stores many times, im sure it all automated as the replied are the same the offer a £2.00 refund. This company is a scam a con and should not be able to sell on this platform
They sell from the UK but you must return to China, they tell you this cost alot as you need to mail with proof. This companys T&C says I am entitled to a full refund. Iteam not as described. I paid just over £30 for 3 bras. I bought 3 in asda for £8 in the sale 1/2 the fit perfect. As I know the size i wear. I have emailed then 9 times with the same reply

The overalls I bought are terrible quality. The fabric is almost like parachute material. They said i had to pay for the shipping cost to return.. just a bad purchase.

I did an order without checking the reviews. My first mistake! I emailed them cancelling my order within an hour. They replied and said no trust us it’ll be fine. I told them again I wanted to cancel. They replied and said no. I told them I had 14 days cooling off period to change my mind and as the item hadn’t been shipped I wanted to cancel. Again they refused. I paid on credit card so will be disputing this and will be getting my money back. Do not trust these people!

I have put 1 star as no stars isn't on option. What a disgrace, an absolute joke and a ripoff. Stay well away, go nowhere near.

I was charged VAT on my order at checkout. When queried it was refunded, but at that point I asked to cancel the order after reading the negative reviews. Mini refused saying the goods had already been dispatched.
The goods have eventually arrived. As I suspected, the bras are very small & certainly do not fit the size as described online.
Mini are being incredibly difficult & refusing to give the return address. They have offered me £2 compensation to keep the goods that do not fit!
PayPal has been completely useless as well, saying I do not have a claim.
DON'T BOTHER TO PURCHASE!
COMPLETE RIP OFF!

That will teach me to buy from a Facebook ad!

A very similar tale to most other peoples experiences. I sincerely hope Mini get closed down for fraudulent trading.

Just like the previous reviewer I ordered pack of 3 bras which should have been £19.99 however they took £30.72 from my account. The bras were a poor fit and quality. I contacted them regarding process for return 4 times they ignored my question as to how much the shipping would be but instead offered me £2 then £4 then £6. Out of principle I refused to accept this ridiculous amount. This company is clearly a scam and I would advise no one to purchase from it. They had popped up on my instagram account and wish I could find a link to report them and therefore remove them from Instagram.

They sent wrong side bras costing £31.97. They offered £4 refund or $40 to return. Offer went up to £6 then sent address to return to! Obviously not a honest company- disgusted

Absolutely crap customer service, sent the bras which were completely useless they kept sliding up. Asked to return and they said it would be too expensive and offered me £2 compensation!! Stay away from them.

Do not buy from this company! The product that they show is not what you get. Very cheap made. Just received two outfits for my grandbaby that I paid quite a bit for only to throw them in the trash. They look hideous!

Absolute rubbish. Do not buy from this company. Bra sizes are way off, they sent me a 4 XL, when I ordered a 34D. I have tried to complain and they suggested I give them to a friend. Complete joke. Do not buy from them

This company deserves no stars at all. Ordered and selected to pay via Klarna. The order did not arrive,yet they insist it was delivered to my safe place. I have tried to contact them to no avail. Yet they send me emails from various addresses claiming it was delivered. They are refusing to tell me who the courier was.Total scammers.. I now have Klarna on my back demanding payment for something I have not received and adding more money on top for late payment..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..
