Mini Mioche Not Paying Affiliate Commissions

I’m sharing this to warn other affiliates.

From Dec 2025 to Feb 2026, I generated real sales for Mini Mioche. All orders were valid and commissions were fully approved.

But when I requested payment, they completely ignored my emails. Multiple follow-ups, no response.

Sales are real. Commissions are approved. But no payment.

This raises serious concerns about transparency and professionalism. If you’re planning to work with them, be cautious

Update: Was given a tracking number and we finally received them. They were all packed tight into the box. Glad to have received them, but sadly the quality is fair but not phenomenal. If you’re used to Canadian companies like former Peekaboo Beans, Jax and Lennon, Tiny Button Apparel and a few smaller ones… these do not compare. I would say they are similar to Old Navy, but made with naturally died organic cotton. The knit is thin and loose, and they are not butter soft like high quality cotton. The fit was ok, and they did hold up in the wash. The stitching was good (I competed in Skills Canada for sewing). The colours are good. If these were priced lower, I think they would appeal to those who purchase less expensive clothing for their children. But at the cost point, even with them being all natural, they don’t compete. If they raised the prices and kept the quality high, I would be more interested in buying these as the are Canadian made and organic… but at this point sadly I will not be purchasing more anytime soon.

Will reset my review if my order ever comes. When you purchase Canadian products, you always give a little extra grace so…. I paid almost $400 for my order for my 3 kids, they had a sale on. While I was very excited at the beginning to try them… I will less likely make another order especially after reading so many of the reviews and experiences other people have had. I ordered a month ago and after a week, the order said - ordered, shipped, delivered and cancelled - all in the same day. I emailed and they said they would look into it. Didn’t hear back again. I asked for a refund over a week later, but I was pretty certain this was a scam and didn’t expect a reply. The owner emailed me and said there was a problem with the warehouse and that they were in the middle of switching because they had so many issues with them. Okay, understandable. I was happy for a prompt reply. They had run out of a few of the items so she asked which switches I wanted to make. Said they would be sent out tomorrow…. A week later still no reply or tracking information. Still not convinced I will even ever receive anything or not. My husband said we could call the bank and have the payment cancelled so eventually if it never comes in another month we will. Just so sad after having fantastic experience with Canadian companies Tiny Button Apparel and Jax and Lennon, to have this play out. The owner did send me a $50 gift card which was nice, but if I never receive the first order I won’t be making a second purchase - gift card or not. Who knows, maybe they come and they are worth the wait and in the future I’ll expect long wait times if I order again… or maybe It’ll be a one and done… I’ll change the review for the quality of them if it ever comes 👀 Keep posted.

Buyer be warned. This company lies and doesn’t ship for months.

Buyer be warned. This company will lie to you, and say they mailed your clothes when they haven’t. They will say the items are stuck in customs when they are not. I made an order on Nov 6th 2025. In December I still hadn’t received them. I emailed the company and they said it was mailed but stuck in customs, but they refused to provide any tracking info or proof of shipment. I finally filed for a refund with my credit card and after that the package finally arrived… over 65 days after I made the order. And it was shipped from New Jersey in January, so it wasn’t stuck in customs like they claimed. Now, I want to return the items but the company is saying it’s beyond 30 days since I made the order. Nice business model…. Delay shipments until it’s past the return window. Also, this company has no phone number and takes weeks to respond to emails. I’ll never do business with them again. Very overpriced sweats and tshirts. Not worth it.

Lost another loyal customer here

Lost another loyal customer here. I’ve been waiting on a $60 sweatshirt for a month. The shipping label was created but tracking says it still is yet to ship. I’ve requested a refund at this point, but can’t even get a response. Will I get my money back? Will I get the product I ordered?

I was a loyal customer for 7 years…

I was a loyal customer for 7 years until I had an issue with one of the products I ordered. The elastic inside the waistband was twisting every time I washed the pants. Unacceptable for pants that cost $60/pair. When I asked for help with this issue, I never received a reply. I’ve been waiting 5 months and have followed up multiple times. They’ve lost a loyal customer.

If I could give this shopping experience zero stars I would.

The products look fantastic online but I ordered 2 x T-shirts and a jumpsuit for my toddler in the UK and paid £115 for them because they looked such great quality. Have I seen those products? Nope. More than ONE MONTH later I’m still following this company up.

I was given what appears to be a false/fake DPD number (the system doesn’t recognise the number for tracking purposes) and now I’m not getting replies at all to my messages to customer services asking where the heck these products are.

If they ever arrive, no doubt my toddler will have grown out of them.

Please don’t make the same mistake I did - go elsewhere!

Expensive clothes but limited sizes (no 4-5 years for any of their pants) so none of their pants fit our child. Tried to return them but they only do store credit no refunds. Not great for a store that will set you back $140+ for three pairs of pants.
