Delivery took a week, probably due to the snow, arrived in perfect condition and unused. Was expecting it to be second hand so that’s a bonus.

Excellent service, when pre-order for model cancelled by manufacturer was given a number of options and full refund was promptly paid back into my account. Order that was in stock was sent out quickly and well packaged to avoid damage. Will not hesitate using this supplier again

We’re sorry to hear about the experience with ParcelForce/Royal Mail. During peak periods like Black Friday and the run-up to Christmas, slight delays can unfortunately happen across many couriers.
We’ve also received insight from our local depot that staff shortages, especially following the recent changes in Royal Mail’s ownership, are contributing to slower processing times.
That said, based on our overall experience, Royal Mail remains one of the more reliable carriers compared to others such as Evri.
