Great Partner - highly recommend
The main reasons I recommend Mintago is that they deliver what they promise and they provide great interactive customer service. I have been able to speak with someone promptly when needed and it's been a very smooth partnership. The support they give to ensure engagement is great too!
For me/us it's a fantastic offering with easy implementation!

The Mintago onboarding process was very easy - all of the staff were helpful, and happy to answer any and all questions we had. The call where Anna and Sharon talked the team through the platform, and explained the benefits was particularly helpful in engaging the team, and then the additional help from Sharon with our pension portal was excellent - she really did go above and beyond to ensure the transition went smoothly.

After having a horrendous time with NEST Pensions, in which I was abruptly cut off, I have spoken with one of the Mintago Representatives, Sharon, and she gave me the most invaluable help. 23/08 - Dear Stuart, we have tried to contact you both on Trustpilot and via email, but unfortunately with no response.
We want to always make sure that all our users are satisfied with our service. It looks like you have supplied us with several pension hunt requests, and although with very little detail, these seem to be for short periods and at multiple addresses. Our pension hunters weren’t able to retrieve your pensions on a few occasions as it seems the addresses supplied were incorrect. Other companies we were able to track down required a wet signature and despite them being sent to your current address, it seems like these were not signed nor passed onto the provider.
Since then you have stopped responding to our emails, so for now your pension hunts have been placed on hold. Unfortunately, there is no other way for us to get in touch with you.
Should you wish for our team to resume your pension hunt, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Mintago were very thorough throughout the process. Sharon and Anna were always prompt with responding to queries.
My one bit of constructive feedback would be Mintago could take more of a lead with managing the project.

Simple and Helpful!
My workplace has started using Mintago, and I accessed their pension hunting service to try and track down pension information from an old employer. The process was incredibly easy, and the Mintago team has been quite friendly throughout as well.
It's great to have such an easy way to look at my combined pensions and plan ahead.
