Signed up put four bets on via prom specials and the went back and put a normal bet on. They stopped all special bets and return bets. I contacted them and they want to see me put on more non specials bets , then they would review the block.
Why would l put a race bet on with them, when l can get a bet return on at TAB , Sportsbet or Betr?

Did enjoy betting with Mintbet No problems getting paid and had a good run over a short period not a big punter but all of a sudden a message am no longer to recieve any promotional offers but you can still bet with us if you wish.....Great Bookie if you are losing but start winning and they will drop you very unprofessional.!!!

misleading promotions, had a 100% deposit bonus on my account with an expiry of 11 hours from the time I deposited, after I made a deposit I got nothing so then I was forced to contact support who were very unhelpful and kept ending the chat, they later claimed I only had a 50% deposit bonus, very very dodgy have lodged a complaint with the Victorian gaming commission.

Mint bet unlike most main stream betting websites they give you a fair go for your money..with endless deposit bonuses available and other great promotion..There staff are professional down to earth and prompt 👍

I had an issue promptly resolved by the website chat. I think they are always available, I just opened my account and had good time punting.

Sends spam messages to my phone addressing me as yuhim, sent via msg service so no way to block. I have never been a customer of mintbet yet keep being sent their msgs to my phone.

Definitely happy with promotions and deposit matches the one thing that I’m not overly happy with is claiming my promotions bonus bets horse runs 2nd in the selected events money back up to $50. As such every single time I have to chase up for my money I screen shot all my bets then have to go online chat to explain to get my bonus it’s frustrating although I’m quiet happy with MintBet

I registered for the first time tonight . Firstly Deposited £10 which i had a few good wins but as there was a bonus promotion decided to deposit a final £10 and take up the bonus offer. Had some really good wins but couldnt withdraw anything as I have to wager 20× before i can do so . I had £140 in my account and was playing on a slot game and won a fair bit, when suddenly a message came up to say I wasn't allowed to play and it logged me out of the entire site! Presumed it was just a poor connection so tried to log in again and a message said my account was closed and to contact customer service! I emailed them straight away and heard nothing back so emailed again and I'm still waiting for a response!! I'm aware emails can take time, but to close my account with no explanation after allowing me to deposit £20 and then play, is not on !
UPDATE:
MINTBET have contacted me and explained the reason and have kindly refunded my £20 deposit so I have amended my star rating to 4 as I feel it was a good site and had they have had live chat it would've been dealt with quicker!( I play on mobile ) Grateful for the refund and I accept the reason for closure!
