This company is a swindle ! My order since last year has not arrived with no news as to why ! Apparently l am not the only customer to be deceived …….. Do NOT recommend this site at all !

Aug 2020 update: Finally got my order almost 4 months later. One product was broken and while not entirely their fault, their packaging make the breakage almost inevitable. Other products were fine... Voir plus

Ordered a charging cable on 16th April. It arrived today (12th June) but its is not as describe was supposed to be fast charging but it only charges if I'm not using the phone and very slowly at that. Site doesn't appear to exist any more so cant complain.

Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Saw them on a Facebook ad. Ordered an item on April 28th, they took the money & I didnt get the item. Contacted them on several occasions. They gave me a tracking number for China post. Said the item was leaving china on may 23rd and arrived in the uk on may 25th. Then on June 1st it said it was leaving china again. Website has now gone & no response from emails. Total scam of a company who are trading under several names. I complained to my bank and paypal and after being fobbed off for weeks, was eventually reimbursed today. Dont give in, keep fighting to get your money back! Scammers!

If I could give them negative 5 stars a would , complete scam took my money never delivered the product, replied to 2 emails just fobbing me off and now their site is down .. if it comes back dont go near them

This website is a scam. Please do not use it!
I ordered an item over two months ago and have not received it or heard from Minty Paradise, despite repeated emails asking for an update.
As per previous reviews, my order was accepted but I was unable to track it whatsoever.
I am now in the process of attempting to get my money back.
People please, do not order from this site. IT IS A SCAM!

Should be ZERO stars, on 31/01/2020 I ordered from this company because the advert was on Facebook and I’ve never had a problem before!!
I got an email saying “order received”,
I never got the “your order has been dispatched” email....
On 16th March I received one item from them (the cheapest)!!!!
I’ve emailed weekly with no reply, I messaged the Facebook page, they replied saying that I needed to email them, I messaged again saying they don’t reply and asked if they would tell them to reply to me, so I emailed sending the whole thread so they could read it and blow me I got a general message saying to let them know what the problem was!!!
I couldn’t believe it, and they haven’t replied again. They don’t have a telephone number to call and speak to someone
MY ADVICE :- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU CAN PAY BY PAYPAL, SO AT LEAST AFTER YOUR STRESS LEVELS ARE AT BOILING POINT YOU CAN START PROCEEDINGS TO BE REIMBURSED 👎👎👎👎👎

SHOPPERS BEWARE!!! This company is a total scam! Once your order is processed they send you a confirmation number and tracking number. If you try to track your item nothing happens or you get rerouted to an app purchase site. One month in and my purchase has not arrived and no replies from my inquiries. This company also operates and charges your credit card via PayPal under the name of SmileyHomey.

Bought an item 5 weeks ago. Website still says “We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.” and “You’ll get shipping and delivery updates by email.”
The shipping number given is not known by the shipping company.
No response to dozens of emails I have sent.
