Item I received is nothing like the one I ordered and paid for. I ordered the America 250 Anniversary dress and received a hideous toesack dress that is pale blue with pink flowers on it. I have asked for full refund but keep getting run around. They want me to take $5 for a $70 order. Do not buy for this company unless you want to receive a hideous dress as well!

Ordered an eagle door "wreath" from this 'company'. What I received was a cheap print on a piece of unknown material. Product is misrepresented in the ad and looks as cheap as can be.
Sent the company a request for return/refund and was told there was nothing wrong with the item.
When pressed for a return they started to bargain with me offering $3 for a $35 item. As of this writing they are up to $8.
Advertisement says made in USA. Shipping came from Ireland and the company states their warehouse is in
China.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. They are a fraud!

I waited 6 weeks from order to delivery. 4 weeks in I wrote them and said that the delivery tracking they had given me, showed no updates for a week. They then sent me a new link and suddenly the package came from China instead of USA. When my 2 sweatshirts finally arrived, the print on the sweatshirt was pixelated and bad. When I sent pictures to them and compared to the advertised pictures, they found no issues. Don’t order from here.

These hats are nothing what they appear to be. I ordered three, so approximately $50 US total.
I reached out to the service department, we've been back and forth for almost 2 weeks now, they are offering me $7 US total refund.
Really bad Customer service....... It's really very sad.

I put one star and its still generous they deserve ZERO. The quality and print look nothing like whats advertised. It says pure cotton and clearly it is not. And the printing is horrible, poorly printed low resolution images. Paid almost 70$USD for a hoodie that i will never wear, and they offered "as a sign of goodwill" 6USD$ refund. Big Scam dokt waste your money there.

Misleading information from this company!!
1. I purchased a sweatshirt for $29.00 Cdn, as I live in Canada. The company converted the price to USD and charged my PayPal account in USD, which then my VISA card had to convert it back to Cdn. Because of the exchange rate, and 2 times price conversion, it cost me over $60.00 Cdn.
2. The tracking emails I received from them showed the pkg was coming from Italy when in fact it was shipped from China. Is it ethical to lie about this?
3. I reached out to their 24 hour customer service to return/exchange the sweatshirt, only to find out that I could keep the sweatshirt (I normally wear an XL, but to be safe, I ordered at 3XL; and it was still too small) and they would refund me $8.00 USD. I wanted to return it and get a 5XL but I could only order a new sweatshirt.

I ordered a Heated Rivalry themed sweatshirt from Mirabelless after seeing high-quality Instagram ads. The design looked detailed, crisp, and true to the book. What arrived was nothing like what was advertised.

The sweatshirt itself was basic, but the printing was atrocious. Every decal was blurry, stretched, uneven, and poorly printed. These were not minor flaws. The designs were hard to read, which completely ruins a fandom-specific item that relies on clear, recognisable details. The ink quality and alignment were genuinely terrible.

The advertised product versus what was delivered does not match. This is classic bait-and-switch.

I contacted customer service assuming it was a misprint. They told me the quality was “aligned with expectations” and that I was not entitled to compensation. They offered a $3 USD refund. When I said I did not want a refund and asked for a replacement, they told me it would cost $50 USD to ship a new one. Completely unreasonable. They later increased the refund to $5 USD, which only made it clearer they had no interest in resolving the issue.

Once they have your money, they are done. No accountability, no quality control, no customer care.

If you are reading this before buying, learn from my mistake. The ads are misleading, the product quality is poor, and the customer service is dismissive. Do not buy from this site.

The shipping took a really long time. I ordered on january 3rd and received the package on january 21st. The quality is not as good as I expected, it is pure polyester instead of cotton and the print is not 100% as it looks online.

Ordered five items from their mental health awareness range costing over 70 pounds never received it scam company

I placed an Order 11 days ago. 8 days ago, I asked for shipping info. They responded with product being shipped. I sent a message that day to cancel. They responded days later and said it was already being shipped. Today they sent an update with some crazy tracking number that requires you to install a chrome extension. I would not bother with this vendor do to poor/non-existent customer service, and possibly fraud/scam. Going to dispute charge. Update...received my order finally on 8/26 (25 days after placing order). The product is poor quality and photos do not represent what you receive.

Never received merchandise; company refuses to issue refund

I wouldn't even give them one star. After 8 weeks I got a notice that me package was delivered and it never arrived and they told me to contact my post office and the post office asked me for my address and they said the package was delivered to the address on the shipping label and it was not the address I told them so when I placed my order I put my address of course but when these people created the shipping label they put the wrong address and now they keep telling me to contact my post office and I keep telling them the post office did their job they delivered it to the address on the shipping label and that the company needs to refund me my money or send my order to the correct address. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SO CALLED PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered several shirts in May. Got a few updates, didn't hear anything for a while and then I checked and they said it was delivered I went to the post office and they said they needed a USPS # to track. I emailed the company and they said because of customs and tariffs that it was taking longer! I asked them why they said it was delivered! They said they were upset too and trying to get it expedited. If I don't get it soon, I will dispute the charge and try to get my money back, but I am doubtful. Don't buy from them!

Took 8 weeks to get Package from Belgium allegedly. Cheaply made polyester clothing that is printed on one side. Do not buy anything from them! I would imagine it is a Chinese company hiding its origin trying to lure US customers thru the social media markets. Can’t find another ad from them because I would blast them

Item is not as pictured. Overpriced. You are made to believe you're getting an embroidered shirt however it is a printed pattern. Fabric is crap. Also shows a solid color but shirt looks tie dyed- 2 colors. Shipping time was long also. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Ordered several items. May 9,2025. Tracking said it was coming from Ireland. Reviewed package 5/31/25 with 9 identical shirts in multiple colors. Not even close to what I ordered or sizes. Keep saying the tariffs are holding up my packages.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered a purple top on the first of April and received a notice that it had been delivered on April 29, but I never received it. There was a USPS tracking number showing it was delivered, but when I contacted the company about it, they just kept saying "It shows delivered; contact your post office" which I did. All they could tell us was that it was delivered. I checked with our mailman and neighbors, but the mailman couldn't remember and our neighbors hadn't received it either. The company was of NO HELP and never offered to send me another top. I didn't expect a refund, but I did expect some restitution. BUYER BEWARE!!!
