Do not buy anything from this company if you want a return. They will keep your money as long as 6-8 wks. They will charge you shipping sending and returning. I’ve had much better service with other retailers. Geez even Walmart returned my money with an online purchase immediately without the item! Though I did take it to a store, they said I could keep it. These guys say the panty liner must be there when you return, except mine didn’t even come with a liner. I suppose someone else returned the suit and the company didn’t replace the liner before sending it out to me. And to think I thought a woman CEO would treat other women better, nope a total corporate ass just like the men. They collect the interest on your money for months then maybe a refund less two shipping charges, she’s great at making money for the company but not in being honorable. Corporate BS. Don’t do business with them there are other great suits to purchase for reputable companies

Wish I had read these reviews first. The material dissintergrates in pool water. They look good on but you can't go swimming in them. Massive waste of money, they wouldn't do refunds just suggested buying polyester swimsuit instead (which they don't sell).

The fabric was DEFECTIVE, deteriorated after only a few swims. After several weeks, just thin shreds in back, front, all over. Trash.

Don’t order from them. I had a bathing suit that I wore 4 times and the strut broke through the fabric and was digging into my skin. When I called they had me write to customer service. They refused to replace it or fix it. The customer service was surly and told me I could pay for a new suit and that they would only give me a small discount on a future order. When I called again to try to get the small discount applied to “a future order” they wouldn’t apply it because it was on sale. They are leaving me no choice but to let you know their products are a poor quality and their customer service is a joke.

I bought the 2023 Magicsuit Halo Goldie and it is garbage. The seam is in the middle so the material from the seam goes right into your butt crack. In addition, my suit arrived without a protective panty liner. The liner in the crotch area is only sealed on one side so you can’t sit in the surf on the beach, the liner will fill up with wet sand. This suit is so uncomfortable, I can’t believe I paid $200 for it.

I received 2 suits and both had the tags cut out so I have no idea what size they are but they don’t fit like the other suits I have purchased. These are used merchandise someone returned after removing the tags. Buyer beware

I was still a little unsure when I ordered my swim suit but I had read other reviews and on this positive note waited for it to arrive
I am absolutely over the moon the fit, style, size and fabric are fabulous it’s exceeded my expectations
I don’t leave reviews very often but felt the need to share my feedback with others

I waited almost 3 weeks for a refund on one of my items. It was only because I kept updating my PayPal case that I even ended up getting refunded "on time." I was treated like a nuisance by the customer service people, and the whole team at Miraclesuit seemed frankly quite inept (what took the "Accounting Office" so long to get me my money back is truly beyond me).

The products were fine, but I would never buy from here again.

I recently purchased some products from this site, under the impression that it would be free returns.

Unfortunately I didn't read the small print which states that it's not free if you are returning items from the UK.

After emailing customer service to ask about the returns fee, they said it would be £56 to post the items back.

Just wanted to share this experience so people are made aware before purchasing. It's a lot to ask people to pay for returns, and I'm sure most people from the UK wouldn't purchase from this site if they knew this.
