Ordered and paid for sofa protector on the 10th May and still heard nothing

Scam took my money and never delivered my couch protector and 2 other items

Definitely a fraud. Store link is no longer available. I've reached out via two links/email to find out where the product I purchased is (couch dog bed). Shows it was delivered, but never received and no response to my outreach.

Still been waiting for a couch protector from April 2025. Now contacting my bank for fraud. Emailed multiple times and no replies

This should be a zero review - I ordered settee protectors over a month ago - nothing received & despite several emails no response . I don’t have this kind of money to waste , just wish I had read up on this company before wasting my money. So angry and frustrated, something should be done to stop them advertising - Dreadful experience

I ordered a dog cover, from Mister Woofs, for my sofa several weeks ago. It cost over £30 and I waited patiently for it's arrival. It never arrived and, to date, I have sent two emails requesting a refund. No-one from the company has responded to my notes. I am very angry at their appalling lack of customer service. They have been advertising, repeatedly, on Facebook. I just want my money back now.

If I could give a zero, I would. Ordered sofa protector recently, have had no acknowledgment. I have tried to contact them daily for the past 10 days with no response

This is a scam. I ordered a sofa seat for my dog about three months ago and paid £35 and it never came and they do not respond to communication once you have paid. Do not buy.

I paid £66 for couch protectors in July, just says ordered and they are NOT responding to any contact forms submitted. They should be removed from the internet, DO NOT TRUST THEM, they are rogue traders, if they are trading. They need prosecuting if possible.

I ordered to cooling mats for our dogs in June 15 to be exact sent 3emails and no responseto any of them . !! It's a scam website DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Placed an order June 3,2025 for a cooling pad. Order was charged on my credit card. As of now, July 29, I have not received the order and they have not responded to my email.

Orderd a large couch protector on 16th April 2025. As yet no delivery. Have emailed umpteen times with no response. Now going through bank to get money back. NO stars should be an option. This is a scam site, but still up and running and looks completely genuine. Someone should get this taken down!

I ordered on April 18th and have had no reply when chasing , I have paid , looking at all the reviews it is obvious we are all being scammed , What can be done ?

I placed an order June 3rd to which they charged my credit card. To date I have not received the order. After multiple (13+) times trying to reach them they have not responded. They are making bucks for not delivering products!!! They need to be removed from Shopify/shop and any other sites.
