Returned item, company bankrupt and according to liquidators my money is gone. So not a great outcome. Sorry I ever found Mistral.

Still waiting for a refund.
Still waiting for a refund from an order placed on 10/11/24. All I get is automated responses from the email service, there is no phone number to ring and they don't reply to social media messages. Judging by some of the reviews, I am not the only one! Terrible customer service, I would think twice about ordering from this company unless you want to lose money.
Bad customer service
No complaints about the clothes but customer service is both bad and non existent. They have not replied to both my emails which is rude.
Also the returns policy is very unclear. In my order there was a returns form which was a blurred photocopy of a photocopy.
Online I eventually found out what to do . Beware of the return postage costs !
Mistral has gone down in every way
I used to buy all my wardrobe from Mistral when it was a family business. But since they have expanded the quality has dropped, for double and three times the price before. This time I never received my order and I was at home at the said delivery time but nothing arrived and I only heard 3 weeks after that it was returned.
Last year Mistral did not refund my money and they never replied to my emails. Very disappointing!

They called me a few hours later informing me the refund had been organised. Shortly after I received email from H/O confirming with payment in my bank two days later. Thank you ladies and Mistral for prompt action to a complaint.
Lovely coat - don't wait.
Really pleased with my pink moleskin coat. Good quality and the fabric is more like velvet. I bought size 14 and it has enough room for some layers underneath. I'm glad I didn't go up a size. Love the colourful buttons too which are not too bright, but bring a smile to my face. I'm sure these will sell quickly and I'm tempted to buy the blue one too.

Disgruntled
I received the four items quickly and was kept well informed, even being able to specify a safe place to leave the parcel. I kept one item, returned two, and asked for an exchange of the forth. Three weeks later I'm still waiting for the exchanged item and refund, and I've heard nothing. I also was fed up that the 25% off site wide offer became available just after my order, so I would actually have been better off reordering the correct size rather than asking for an exchange.

Returned two items and still awaiting a refund. Have proof that it was delivered by EVRI to them on 21.10.24. Contacted Mistral by email to chase my refund and have only had an automated reply - that was over a week ago. No contact since and still no refund.
