Misyastore Avis 42

This is a scam no way is it legit bought tires from them tracking they say went from Miami Florida to New Jersey to Baltimore then to Hollywood Florida and said they delivered it and left it on my porch. But I live in So. CALIFORNIA. Still waiting for a refund

They claim they are in Sacramento, California. I am in COLMA, Calif. only 2 1/2 hours by car. They gave no confirmation. I emailed Misyastore. Got email back from Shan Homen with USPS track no.
The package went from Florida to New Jersey to Baltimore, Maryland and back to Hollywood, Florida, where it was left at an address on the porch. It initially said it was picked up by Amazon and then to USPS.
I did not, of course, receive the package.
I saw the reviews too late, and they seem to be correct. They charge YOU and then send to someone else!
I am assuming a SCAM as I have not heard from them after email telling them I will notify authorities (Sac. Police report), credit card company, and PayPal.
Here's hoping I get my money back at least.
The company's info is sketchy which should have alerted me.
Would not suggest purchase as too many complaints with same M.O. for Misyastore.
I would leave negative star, but 1 star is the lowest you can give!!
I see the same M.O. for others-Miami to New Jersey- to Baltimore, Maryland, and back to Hollywood, FLA. They are sending it to someone in Hollywood, Fla. after they con you to pay.
Fortunately, I got my money back from PayPal.
They should lose their PayPal account.
File complaints with Federal Trade Commision!!

I was investigating the purchase of a compressor for my garage. Suddenly the transaction completed without my ability to see the order, shipping and schedule. I tried to call the customer support for this store and have not had any response.They are obviously not legit. I am trying to get my money back through Paypal and Visa.

I ordered 4 kid's bikes, which I donate, annually to disadvantaged kids. I did not receive them. When I inquired, by e-mail, I was told that my order was misplaced. After seeing customer reviews, I cancelled the transaction with my credit card issuer and Misyastore.

Purchased a hose reel cart. Their invoice on 10/27/23 said it was $65.26. When I got the bill on my credit card, it said they charged me $67 on 9/8/2023. On the invoice it said to call if i had questions, they would reply within 2 hours. it also said satisfaction was Guaranteed! I have called many times and only gotten one response, but still have not received the product!!!

Scam. Fake tracking number. I filed an FBI report.

I had to give them a star in order to write a review. Received an order number early November - nothing since. Won't answer my inquiries. AND, PayPal denied my complaint.

Total scam. They gave me a tracking number for someone else. Never got my item. They even have Paypal believing they're legit. Paypal believes them STAY AWAY.....

this is a scam. If its too good to be true, it proabably is. I placed an order and the sent me an email confirmation and took my money. Here it is WEEKS later and they havent returned my calls or sent me a package.

This outfit is B.A.D.news. I had a order that was never delivered to my address. The phone number I called that was listed ring once than disconnected. Do not trust this site. Its a rip off.

MISYASTORE-Total scam. Do NOT place an order with this outfit. They will take your money and you will receive nothing. You will have to dispute the transaction with credit card company. They will send you a tracking number, but it is no good. The website should be shut down immediately!

Ordered a 205/70/15 tire.the fist one went to Va.and the second one went to Florida I live in Az. What a scam

Oreder a scroll saw through these guys. Got charged a initial fee plud it was set up to auto repeat every month! To hell with these guys. Ass wipes like this ruin everything for everyone.

they take people money for items and they never deliver I purchase a westinghouse power pressure from them paid with Paypal, they said the shipped in 2 days as soon as payment is conformed, they send me an order number and Invoice saying they received payment and the item will be delivered in 7 days. nothing was delivered I contact them couple times, every time I contact them they send me a different tracking number, and they delete all they emails Order number and invoices from my Computer Screen. these people should be investigated and JAILED for their Crimes, No one and I mean NO one should purchase anything from that WEBSITE. People be Warned they are Scams

Almost the same story as everyone else. Ordered bicycle at a deep discount but never received anything. I flooded the personal email address from one of their replies, DAILY! They provided a bogus tracking number and kept blaming their "logistics partner" for the mistakes. I didn't need to do a chargeback, but it took several weeks to get a refund.

They scam people offering bicycles at affordable prices and when the customer buys with PayPal it never is delivered and then when you cancel and charge back with a credit card dispute they use false tracking numbers to fight the dispute lying that the merchandise was delivered which is fraud. File a usps fraud claim against them and continue to keep all your email correspondence . These CCCP fraudsters need to be put in jail for cheating Americans of their hard earned money.

Stay far, far away from this company, they're crooked. This company along with their trading partner (I believe based in China), us PayPal in their post office scam. In my case I purchased an ebike online from Misastore, thay in turn used another company to for fill the order, the company sent me a purchase order with my home shipping address, however the package was shipped to another address in another state. They cleverly sent me a "Tracking Number" from the PO, when the package didn't arrive on the date promised I logged on to the "Tracking Number" the package was delivered to a PO Box somewhere in Conn...I've contacted Postel authorities, they're currently investigating, I've also contacted the FTC regarding this matter.
