I had hoped the print would be good
I took a risk choosing by placing a large qty order having never used Mixam before, but it paid off! The books arrived exceeded my expectations. The quality of the finished print, the stock and the colours are perfect. I'll be using Mixam again.

I LOVED my 3 x Memoir Books that I recently had printed. The website was so easy to use. The formatting tips were super helpful. The options for covers, pages, styles were great. I had the soft laminated covers which are beautifully tactile to touch. My book looks so professional and the colours are crisp and clear.

Top shelf service.
I had some manga printed with Mixam.
Their customer support was outstanding from the start. I'd set up my pages incorrectly, and their fast response meant I had time to get the errors sorted in time. They had attention to detail and picked up a range of issues which I had overlooked.
The website was also quite intuitive from the initial quote. Changing the variables and being able to see immediately how it changed the quote was excellent.
The standard shipping option wasn't going to arrive in time, but I only had to ask and they offered expedited shipping (for additional cost) so my books arrived very quickly.
In the end what I got was a premium product which turned out just the way I wanted. Very happy with their service and I'll be printing with them again for the next volume.

The quality of their products are excellent. I couldn't be more impressed with the print job and the books I recieved. The website however, I was not so thrilled about. The paperback section for novels wasn't working for days. I'm still not sure if it is working so I ended up getting hardcovers instead of the paperbacks I intended to get.
