I VERY much appreciate the high attention paid by Sera Baty, Customer Support Print Specialist, and those Mixam people who took part in publishing my book, to my needs and variations to my order! It was the first time that I needed to print a book, so variations were inevitable. I was also impressed by the speed of production and delivery, as well as by much more affordable costs compared to some other printing companies. The resulting quality of the product was exceptionally high.

Amazing quality of print! And the customer service is one of the most prompt and professional. I was told of alignment errors upfront and I could fix it. I am certainly using the service again..

Really sad to give a negative review. This is a great service at an affordable price point but they dont package the books sufficiently for delivery. To their credit they reprinted once but it still arrived damaged the 2nd time. The books were a gift so no time for a 3rd reprint. Wouldnt order again just based on their packaging. Acutal books would be fab it they didnt arrive damaged

Would be five stars if it wasn't for the packaging of the books. The box itself was not secure or sturdy for the amount of books sent, it arrived the opening flap a-jar. I fear that if the weather was not suitable or if the packaging was further damaged, the books would be damaged or arrive with pieces missing.
