I’m so sorry this happened, and even more so that it led to a disappointed little girl. That’s the last thing we’d ever want. We do our best to pack everything securely, but we clearly missed the mark here. I’m sending a replacement kit today, along with a full refund. Thank you for letting me know, and I truly appreciate the chance to make it right.

Lanae was so welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. She is truly passionate about what she does. Her Kombucha class was fun and informative and her soap bars don't dry out your skin!

I purchased 2 kits (chai latte), as gifts for Christmas for 2 adult daughters and they loved everything that came in the kit! The fragrance of the products was amazing!

Amazing Products! Genius company.
