Friendly & professional
Friendly, professional electrician arrived - I always feel anxious as a woman when I need trades coming into my house when I’m home alone - but MJP were so professional in all dealings and the electrician too, I felt completely safe and at ease. They fixed my issue without delay, after rearranging without fuss due to my having a virus - really appreciate how they engaged with me and nothing was too much trouble. Saved their number in my phone for future electrical needs!

Friendly, helpful, professional and efficient
Daniel arrived within 37 minutes from Bristol to Gloucester which was quite a feat. He was friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. He managed to fix our electrical issue in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend Daniel and MJP to anyone who is in need of assistance due to an electrical emergency.

Electrical safety check
I contacted MJP via checkatrade and was very impressed with their prompt response. I booked a safety electrical check for a new house purchase. The technician Greg arrived promptly and was very courteous. He did a thorough check lasting three hours and talked me through the issues he found. I have further engaged the company to rectify the issues. Overall they have provided excellent service and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Major problem solved with precision and courtesy
I had a major problem which needed urgent solving. I phoned MJP spoke to Ashley he said all his employees were working as soon as one became available he would send them around. About an hour or two later Chris phoned me he is on his way. Chris was great, spoke to him about the problem. Having identified the problem he got about solving it. Cleaning the area and after putting wood battens for the rail he had removed to save the mistake from happening again. I cannot speak more highly of them. They are my first call for any work I need doing. GREAT TEAM

Excellent service with a great customer journey
I contacted MJP to fix a broken extractor fan in my bathroom. They made booking easy and attended promptly.
I was very impressed with their customer portal where you could view the engineer’s arrival in real time and even send them direct messages.
The engineer who visited was polite, friendly and did a great job.

A relatively job completed efficiently
A relatively simple job (replacing a double socket and a light for the loft space) but the work was completed efficiently and without fuss, the area left free of mess and advice given about possible/optional further work
I have used MJP a fair amount - I would not say they are the cheapest but they are reliable and I trust them to do a good job, and that is what I pay for

The engineer was competent
The engineer arrived on time. He was neat clean and pleasant. He went quickly and competently about his business. He completed that business and left everything working and as clean as it was before he arrived.
