He was polite, he was informative and he was on time and very efficient

Mohammed arrived on time after ringing me 15 minutes earlier. The routing of the cable outside the house was a little difficult but we agreed where it should go and he completed the job neatly and efficiently.
It was not possible to connect us up to the system but Mohammed arranged for an outside team to come the next day.

The engineer that came to install our broadband on behalf of EE did a very poor job of our installation. The cables on the outside of our property were a mess! It was slung over a retaining wall near our front door instead of drilling a hole through the mastic and passing it through, some of the cabling was sagging along the wall, and pinned against the wall at different heights. This not only looked terrible (and on the front of our house for all to see), but was also at risk of getting damaged! There wasn't a phonecall before the visit like we were told to expect, and he kept sighing all the way through the installation, so he obviously wasn't happy about doing the work. We had to then go through the added effort of raising a poor workmanship complaint with EE to get the cable repositioned and neatened, which Openreach did for us and they couldn't believe the state of the cables! Not a good experience at all!

I was apprehensive about changing my broadband connection. However I needn't have worried as Tasleen was helpful and explained what he was doing before starting the job. He even took off his boots before coming into the house.

Billie was fantastic. Efficient, informative and conscientious. Fantastic 5* service.

Installed new ONT box for my internet, was quick and clean.

Had an appointment for them to install full fibre today between 8am and 1pm he arrived at 3minutes past 1 sat in van and then drove off never entered our property, now openreach have sent a txt saying sorry we missed you what a shower.

Had a visit from MJ Quinn representative called Ferkan today to install my new EE router and upstairs wifi hub over from SKY.
Absolute sound guy, really down to earth, pleasant to chat to, respectfull and his knowledge was about to be tested unknown to him 🤣.
After hassle with EE on their side and Openreach sorting their side out, it took lots of phone calls and figuring out but Ferkan ended up owning it, taking calls beyond what was expected and well into the evening to sort this out and I couldn’t be happier with his attitude and commitment.

Installation on behalf of Openreach carried out by M J Quinn Integrated Services Limited. Couldn’t have been easier , messages in advance to confirm booking with link to change install date if required. Engineer arrived on time and carried out a visual survey and explained exactly what they intended to do and confirmed we were in agreement before they started. Very reassuring that he was keen not to cause any damage when drilling through exterior wall for cable . Installation was done efficiently and cleanly. No mess , no issues. Mohammed Haroon rang me in good time to say he was on his way and a time to expect him. He was very polite and he explained what everything was and what was going to happen now the job had a problem. The job turned out to be more complex than usual. Next morning another engineer came out and was faced with the same issue as M Haroon. Another team were called that arrived in the afternoon. Same problem. I am now waiting on a team to come out and sort the problem. All the people that came were pleasant and apologised for not being able to sort the problem.

Trespassed on property to perform installation for problem neighbours who have also been trespassed from our property. Constantly ghosted when calling them to rectify the problem.

Mohammed Haroon- has visited to completed out WiFi services. I just want to say what outstanding work he has provided, the WiFi did not work due to an issue with bills. However Mohammed showed determination and motivation to get the job done. He remained at my property for several hours speaking with several individuals on the tech side to resolve the issue. However as the case needed Level 3 assurance Mohammed had to return to the property the following day due to level 3 being closed. Mohammed, returned properly the following morning and had the situation resolved upon arrival.

Mohammed showed great workman ship, extremely friendly characteristics and generally was a pleasure to have as a work man.
