Ordered a garden shed spent £500 odd my order got cancelled no email and no refund. Based on reviews I will be contacting my bank to get a refund.

I ordered a mirror from this company, paid by credit card. Order acknowledged, then next day I got an email saying they had cancelled the order, at my request and that they would refund the total to... Voir plus
Customer service is great and very helpful can’t fault them and delivery was very fast, definitely order and use mk again in the future!

Ordered a product for Xmas on 12th December and not only nothing received but zero response to 3 emails I have sent them. Also no functional chat function on the website despite one being referenced and no phone number. I feel like I’ve been scammed or best case poorly treated. I would recommend going elsewhere and paying a bit more. Am now considering legal action tbh.

I’ve sent emails to all addresses on their web page with no reply. No phone numbers available and no chat button functionality.
Absolutely con, took the money and ran, legal advice to be sought.

Item doesn’t work. I’ve e sailed numerous times had one email back saying you’re dealing with it. Not heard nothing 2 weeks later. Completely ripped off by a shit company. I’d never recommend. Dodgy as hell company

These lot are scammers, everything you buy will arrive damaged, you'll try too contact them and they will not rely, I've tried email after email and nothing comes back,There not a British company either,be warned I've lost a lot of money.

Trying to contact MK discount to get a refund but they are not responding. Sent two emails but no reply. Have checked my spam and junk boxes. Tried the online chat but was just redirected to the same email addresses that I have already used. No phone number to call anyone on.

Bought 2 products. Both came damaged. Got a partial refund on the first but when I messaged about the second one and included photos of the damage and faulty pole. Never even replied.

I purchased an item which looks nothing…
I purchased an item which looks nothing like the colour illustrated on the website and the quality upon first glance is extremely poor. I have now attempted contact for over a week with absolutely no response!!
do not buy from this company - having to now go through my bank to gain a return of the monies.
