If you want to keep you deposit, just don't pay them last month rent

1. When I moved in the property didn't have heating, it took me around 10 month until it got fixed, and it got fixed 1 week before a city council had visited the property, and it stopped working again after their visit.
2. There was a roof leak in the kitchen, the whole was alweys wet, property managment kept sending her husban to fix it, and he kept braking the sealing and fixing it back, never in the end it got fixed.
3. I left the property, they want to keep 80% of deposit to redecorate the property, and clean it, and demages that were there before I have moved in.

And obviously I had tried so many times to email them, call them. Emails and their website to report accidents they simply ignore, on the calls they keep saying that the needed college is away for lunch and they call me back, and never do.

I am leaving 1 star because it doesn't…

I am leaving 1 star because it doesn't not let me write anything if I don't but honestly this company doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have been renting this property since April 2019 and if I thought the previous letting company was bad well this one tops them all. After almost 7 years of rental I am moving out because I am leaving the country, I am a single woman that had to take care of removing everything from a flat a still trying so I leave the flat empty like I rented bare in mind I had a home so you can imagine the struggle. As a good tenant I notified the agency well in advance that I was leaving and letting them know that I would be flying out the same day so asked nicely if I could have a early check out on the day due to the circumstances well I don't know if any of you has dealt with this woman called Jessica Beer in the company clearly she should rent out her desk to someone that actually want to work, it has been a good 2 weeks since I notified the final date of me leaving and tried on at least 3 occasions to contact her by phone and still this woman hasn't had the decency to call me back. Yesterday I once again called and spoke to this lady Tammy which kept her promise to inform Jessica Beer and would call me back to let me know the outcome, she indeed called me back saying that Rebecca would call me back back 6pm yesterday, well people it's past 11am the following day and I am still waiting do I need this stress added to all the other I am having in this final moving, no I don't. It makes me wonder whether this so I leave the property without been checked so they can keep my deposit. So I will advise you never to deal with this company because nothing good comes of it nk matter how nice they are to get you into a contract.

MK Property & Venture Residential are unreliable

I’ve seen firsthand how this agency and the property owner neglected a loyal tenant who paid rent faithfully for years. The property fell into serious disrepair, and every request for help was met with excuses and disregard.

The disrepair and indifference were appalling, and their blatant failure to honour the tenancy agreement speaks volumes about their lack of integrity. No tenant deserves to be treated this way.

Sadly, this experience showed me how little the company values its tenants.

Please think twice before renting through them — no one deserves to go through what my friend did.

Worst letting agents around MK

Worst letting agents around MK. If your thinking of letting a property and using MK Property, think again, they are just a postal service and do not manage your property!

Contractors be careful.

If you are a contractor please be careful when working with MK property.
They will ring you 8 x a day for their 15% commission but will pay invoices late, rarely available to take calls and clearly do not value contractors.

Unprofessional team

Unprofessional team. I called William McCusker 4 times to book a viewing. He told me that he doesn't have the permission of the landlord to carry on with the viewings. Also he didn't call me back as he said. Yesterday I called again and a lady told me that the property has been let agreed already. I asked to be called by the office manager Danielle, but she didn't call me. I don't recommend this agency because you cannot rely on.

Fraud agency

This is the worst agency I every came across. The entire management is totally unprofessional and unethical and refuses to meet in person or on call. Take months to reply back on emails.

Rebecca Beer was our property manager.

Till this date, I'm struggling to get my deposit back even after 2 months since I left the property. I've been charged hefity amount for some of the repair works which were broken even before I moved into the property. (Same thing happened with previous tenants as well).

Don't fall into their trap as they don't care about their tenants, just look out for any other agency in MK but this.

I've already raised a compaint with MK council to take strict actions against them & raised a dispute with DPS to get back my Deposit.

I do not recommend MKP as explained in my feedback

Since early September that MKP advertised my house, although my house is in one of the most popular areas I was not receiving as expected number of appointments and feedback. I was being told that I have to reduce the price week by week. Eventually I was told that there is no applicant, so I was proposed that there is a service company who is interested to rent my house.

My feeling is that it was a plan that MKP not to handle any applicants who were interested probably to lead me to a service company.

I inevitably accepted to see what a service company can offer. I received an offer 100 pounds less than asking price and a draft copy of contract including a not very clear term regarding Gas & Electricity as below:

“Gas & Electricity bills to be include in the monthly rental figure paid by the tenant”

As normal practice, Tenant is responsible for all utilities that’s why I did not pay attention too much to such a term and I gave “please proceed “by e-mail to MKP.

Although I have not signed the contract yet, MKP passed my keys to the service company.

After providing meter readings, I was told by MKP that paying Gas & Electricity bills are in my responsibility as per this term. I told MKP that I was misled and disagree so as I have not signed the contract, I advised MKP to either confirm utility bills are in the tenant’s scope or cancel the deal.

· MKP must obtain two parties’ signatures and exchange the contract before passing keys to a tenant.

· MKP should not mislead a landlord by not handling any applicants who are interested unproperly.

· Any important and unusual terms shall be enough highlighted for Landlord’s attention. I have never expected that MKP include such a term that Landlord is responsible for Gas & Electricity bills in my contract without making me enough caution.

I would have put -5 star rating if it was…

I’d even put -5 star rating if it was possible! This letting agency and landlords are complete slum and do not care about the tenets in these disgusting properties. A very close friend of mine is paying for a 3 bed house which 2 rooms are not usable! One room can’t even fit a single bed in and the master room has had a leak for the past few years which has been left untreated! The two rooms smells of wet bird faeces as well as covered in mould. The electrics in the property are a complete fire hazard and my friend has no way of saving up and finding somewhere better as she’s constantly doing the repairs that she HAS to do in order for her 3 infants to remain safe. The roof was to be completely replaced 3 years ago and the landlord sent a friend for a patch job. Please please stay well clear of this agency and landlords as they are the same people!
