MLB Clubhouse
MLB network has many good offerings and games televised throughout the week. The Clubhouse version is not one of them! I watched the game between Toronto and Houston on 06-08-23 and muted the sound so I would not have to listen to all of the nonsense from the guests. I would not even know that there was a game being televised since they talked over it with uninteresting subjects about anything except the game. Just use the actual broadcast from Toronto or Houston professionals so know what is going on during game. Found the Clubhouse method to be very irritating and the discussion rarely related to the actual game. Will not watch or listen to another Clubhouse version again.
This company is a joke
This company is a joke. I purchased a jersey on 5/16 that was “in stock” and ready for delivery. I paid for expedited shipping to make SURE I’d have it by 5/19, as I had tickets to a game on 5/20 and wanted to wear it. It’s 5/19 at 11pm, and it hasn’t even SHIPPED. I spoke to TWO customer service morons who were SURE it would arrive on time until tonight when the chat mongoloid confessed my size was out of stock and it wouldn’t be fulfilled until well after I needed it. I bought in good faith from a site that should have REAL TIME inventory info when it says “available”. I paid almost $30 for next day shipping. These people should not be allowed to sell anything to anyone, EVER. Do NOT waste your money buying from these clowns. They don’t have the intelligence or capability to serve a circus shoveling elephant sh!t, much less running an eCommerce business. Send these mental midgets into bankruptcy. Save your money.
Just don't do it
Just don't do it. I have not been able to watch a single game so far this season. Lately, I cannot log in and the password reset link is broken. They do not answer emails. The only part of the app and website that seem to work are for merchandise and signing up new suckers. I spent $150 on this and have nothing.

I have placed 3 orders from there and every time they cancel my order due to items being out of stock. Their inventory department needs to streamline. The email always comes weeks after I order too. I will never order from them again. Very unprofessional
Deceitful and takes advantage of you
The Marlins customer service more than sucks. I accidentally purchased tickets to a Marlins game. I thought I was purchasing tickets to a Braves game in Atlanta where the Braves would be playing the Marlins in Atlanta. Instead the email confirmation showed the game in Miami. I immediately emailed the Marlins asking to cancel and refund. 48 hours later after calling them 38 times without an answer and emailing 6 times, and contacting MLB, the Marlins called back saying they refused to cancel and refund. I'm out $250. Their suggestion was to try selling the tickets myself. The game is 3 hours from now. They blamed MLB for not canceling and refunding. MLB said that is a team policy not a policy of MLB. So the Marlins are liars that take advantage of people. My only option is to file a dispute with my bank. So, I have done that. Oh I did ask to speak to a supervisor and their agent stated the supervisor was busy. I asked if I could leave them a voicemail, they said supervisors don't like voicemails. I asked if I could get the name of the supervisor, they told me they could not share names. Absolute crap service. No wonder they barely won any games this year. Chances are their entire organization are as idiotic as the people I dealt with.
Rather have dental surgery
Trying to do business with MLB is worse than dental surgery. Want all my pers information including phone number - NO! Slow, inefficient, poor interface with ball club and no one supports it when the process fails. And - it will fail for you too.
Ordered a few things from the site
Ordered a few things from the site, no problems and got the items I ordered. The spam emails since the order are nonstop with no way to opt out. Stop spam emailing me, I will never order anything from this site again.
Even AWAY games are blacked out.
It is truly a waste of money unless you live outside of the blackout area for the team you want to watch. Even AWAY games are blacked out if you live in the blackout area. MLB commercials are so deceiving…watch all of your favorite players, etc. but subject to blackouts. So it’s like you can watch, but you can’t watch. I was so stupid to fall for this. Don’t be like me. Now they have a 50% off sale so you only pay $25 for nothing.

This is a Fanatic’s company. They rule all sports for clothing, etc.. They also own, NHL.com, NFL.com, Lids.com, and more. Bad experience with all. Try and find something else to order if possible because they will either not deliver it correctly or not at all and customer service will blame it on you!! They are just a terrible company because they have a monopoly on everything!!!!!

Useless. Between the blackouts and now subbing selected games out to other third party streaming companies, i.e Peacock and making them unavailable otherwise this is a total waste of money. I'm out.

Beware the offered discounts for military service
I signed up as a qualified military subscriber but was charged full price. Called customer service and a very nice Gabriela informed me that I was screwed. What a bunch of asshats. If you are going to offer the discount, then sackup and make it work!! Customer service is indeed dead, even in the national pastime.
Relentless spammers!
Out of nowhere I started receiving emails from MLB.COM to an email alias I have NEVER given out. The emails arrive several times a week and I have no interest in what MLB.COM are trying to sell. There is an 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email but it does NOT work. It is impossible to get off their mailing list so I have had to set up a mail rule to direct their emails direct to the trash can!
The fact that this company has obtained my email address via nefarious means and refuse to honour unsubscribe requests, mean it is a company that cannot be trusted.
They took my money and I got nothing
opened and put to the side for a couple of weeks. When he went to use it for the first time, he saw that the truck was broken. The truck was unusable.
It took some effort to finally speak to a representative on mlb.com. Their chat was automated and sent me into a frustrating loop. The gentleman on the phone was polite, but really was not able to help me much. I was told that because the original packaging had been thrown away that I couldn't return it. I explained that it had never been used, but that didn't matter. I was told that it was outside the number of days that it was eligible for a return. I referenced that I read I had 100 days to return it, but was then told that I purchased from a manufacturer direct site and therefore, I only had 30 days. That is, unless, I purchased it during the holiday season. Evidently, I purchased it 2 days before the holiday season, which must be some arbitrary date set by mlb.com. I then asked, "So, because I don't have the packaging, even though I have the order number and the order is clearly on my account, and because I purchased it two days early, I have lost $50+. The response was yes.
I would highly recommend being wary about ordering from mlb.com. I have gotten clothing from them before, and that has all been fine, but this one purchase where they would not work with me at all, especially in these trying times, makes me rethink ever purchasing from them again. Amazon is far better and you can get many of the same things from them. So, a huge thumbs down for mld.com for taking my money and giving me broken merchandise that they will not take back.

Be careful about what you order here. You might get broken merchandise that they will not accept back. Use Amazon.
