Canceled item 7 hours after purchase
Canceled item 7 hours after purchase. Never heard back for days and order was removed from my orders. No refund nothing. Reached out to help line several days later. Gave me the run around and said it would arrive in a few days. No notification no email nothing. Total BS, they wanted their money and didn’t want to cancel it. The payment was still being processed. How could they have made a shirt it 7 hours from 10pm to 5am. Never again but from this company. Beware there customer support team sucks.

Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company! Screw the corporate heads that run the MLB shop. If this site is associated with the MLB then it is a nightmare. There’s no email to contact anyone, nobody who cares, untrustworthy discounts, no credibility for items or being able to ask anyone about what’s in stock or not, wrong items or missing items, unreliable for gifting, and horrible customer service and policies. When you do speak with someone they cannot get a supervisor even after holding for an hour!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Never received our order, but charged for it.
Do not order from here. We were charged for our order and 3 months later it never arrived. After calling multiple times, I was told they they shipped it but it was never delivered. 3 months later and I still don't have the product nor a refund. Terrible service.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Accepted a PO box as delivery address, then shipped UPS that doesn't deliver to PO box. Refused to cancel order before UPS picked it up. Said if it comes back to the warehouse we will refund. Don't purchase from here.

My order experience was a disaster, repeatedly being sent the wrong thing and no one could seemingly figure out how to fix it.
Enter Cristin- 5 stars for her. She is the only person who was actually able to fix the issue with my order and was pleasant and professional.
If everyone who worked for MLB Shop/Fanatics was like her, I wouldn’t have had such a nightmare experience in the first place.
don’t order by mistake …or you will pay
I ordered a hoodie and accidentally ordered the wrong size, realising immediatelyI tried to cancel the order and this is where things got difficult. You cannot cancel through the website, you cannot use customer service late in the evening, you cannot use the customer service chatbot and they do not publish an email address for customer services. I did eventually find an email and request they cancel my order, but despite me emailing within two hours of my order, the item was still sent. They have of course done the minimum possible and accepted that I wish to return it as they are legally obliged to, but be warned, you have to pay for the return which in my case is £6… more than I originally paid for postage and works out at 35% of the original purchase price which does make me wonder if it’s worth returning at. I should add that customer service have been prompt and pleasant in their responses, while hiding behind terms and conditions as a reason to deny my request.

Have not received any e mails with shipping info.
When I track my order it keeps telling me still processing. I tried contacting this company and no such luck after three attempts. My son will be disappointed Christmas morning.

MLB Shop sent me an email for Christmas…
MLB Shop sent me an email for Christmas with $10 credit fan cash, click on link, sign in to redeem. I do this and no fan cash has been added to my account. I exchange message with their Facebook page and the answer to me is my account is listed as guest. No it is not. Claimed they would send an email to convert me. Whatever that means and 3 days later no email. Now they ask if I signed in with my new account. These people/robots are clueless and don't know what they are doing.
False Advertisement at it’s best
The website offers a “get before xmas” package for an extra $10 and will stiff you, keep in mind I ordered a week and a half before Christmas and it’s now being delivered on the 27th thanks MLBShop way to treat your fans and customers

Horrible quality!! I ordered and XL woman’s shirt and the size was 6” smaller in width than any other XL shirt I own. Also they charge $10 to return it. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE - crooks!
