I ordered 100 gm silver coin on 22 Oct 25 and cancelled the order on the next day. The refund has not yet been processed. Customer service is pathetic. you are always in a queue and when your turn comes they disconnected the call. i am stuck .

MMTC APP does not give access for digital gold or for monthly investments or random investment options.
We dont want to buy gold immediately, instead we need to invest in your account first , accumulate and then buy at the right time .
Currently your app doesnt provide this service. It says you need invitation. Invitation for what ? To attend the second marriage of MMTC 's CEO . Useless guys.

I had ordered 2 silver coins online on 10.10.25 and the delivery date during ordering stage was 16.10.2025. But sorry to say that till date i.e 27.10.25, the item is not delivered and on the status page it shows three attempts of pickup exhausted. When calling on the toll free customer care, there is a long waiting period and after it got disconnected. Even the email they are not replying.

The delivery partner picked up the item on April 26, 2025, but as of today, April 29, 2025, the delivery status is marked as "Delivery Failed." The stated reason for failure is "UNATTEMPTED DUE TO DELIVERY NOT POSSIBLE AFTER 1800 HRS," which was reported at 2:00 AM.
This sequence of events raises several concerns about the efficiency and professionalism of the delivery process. Given that the failure reason indicates an avoidable time constraint, and the update was posted during an unusual hour, I am worried that the logistics are not being handled appropriately. Furthermore, this situation prompts doubts about the authenticity and condition of the product that will eventually be delivered.
Under these circumstances, I no longer feel confident in proceeding with this order. The lack of clarity and reliability in the delivery process has undermined my trust, and I kindly request that the matter be addressed urgently. I would appreciate clear communication on how this situation will be rectified and whether I can expect an alternative resolution.
