We booked a MNMRiDEZ Chauffeur for an 8.00 am pick up from Bacchus Marsh to Melbourne Airport. At 7.00 am we received notification our international flight has been delayed by 4 hours so I contacted MNMRiDEZ to ask if we could move our pick up time back by at least 3 hour, and they did! Honestly, I didn't think they would because it was pre-paid such late notice but they did! We booked an Audi van which was spotless and service from Ashraf was exceptional. It gets better! I arrived in Thailand to receive an email that my daughter left her phone charger in the car and it will be waiting for us on our return. Honestly, this was the first time we had booked MNMRiDEZ and it won't be the last. I can't recommend Ashraf and MNMRiDEZ highly enough. Fabulous service!
