I called this company three times before booking to make sure all details were clear.
The first time, I asked about the price and was told €295 excluding VAT.
The second time, I called to ask which battery brands they use. I was told they only use A-class brands, specifically Bosch or Power Booster, both with a two-year warranty.
However, when the technician arrived, they brought a completely different brand (Dynac batteries), which was never mentioned and is not an A-class brand.
Before confirming the booking, I called again to double-check the price and was once more told €295 excl. VAT. During this call, I was told I had to pay €95 upfront to place the order, and that the remaining amount would be paid by card at the location after the replacement. At no point was it explained that the €95 would be added on top of the €295. Based on the conversation, I clearly understood this as a deposit deducted from the total price.
When they arrived, not only did they bring the wrong battery brand, but they also tried to charge me €295 + €95, which was never clearly explained or agreed upon in advance. Because of this, I cancelled the order immediately.
Despite this, they never refunded the €95 upfront payment.
Overall, this experience involved misleading information, unclear pricing, and poor customer service. After reading other reviews, it also appears that overcharging customers is a recurring issue. I would not recommend this company.
