The backpack is a good size, carries everything we need for our puppy, durable fabric and thoughtful pockets for storage. I do wish his embroidered name was much larger.

I really like the bag I got from you guys but the double zipper on the front that holds my dog’s collapsible food and water bowl tends to get stuck often. I had this problem the first time I used it and continue to have it now. It really takes away from the convenience its ment to offer.

Tried to send back. Have to pay for return. And was sent an address to send back and post office said address doesn’t exist. I was scammed

THE ad online states this is for LARGE dogs not the ususal med/lg that is listed. it is really pushing it to think it is for a large breed dog. we will make it work but the price is up there for what you get! Good marketing gets you to buy!

Travel kit is very useful and the containers arrived in good shape

I love the backpack to hold all of Archie’s gear. It has almost everything needed for a trip. I would have liked a place to put his poop bags to easily access from the bag without opening and digging to the bottom to find. The collapsible food and water bowls with placemat are perfect for any trip.

Raccoons got in my car and stole my food bags. Customer service was super helpful when I ordered replacements and initially ordered the wrong size. They helped me to return and reorder the correct size
