Purchased a Nintendo Switch lite power cable, was not sure if they sell it.

Absolutely terrible service. I received a faulty screen 4 times, my face ID was broken twice, lighting sensor broken as well as a phone that freezes every hour requiring me to do a hard reset on the phone to fix. They are cowboys and are NOT to be trusted. I wish I read the reviews before going here!

it took over 2 weeks for my laptop to be fixed and overall came to be expensive . the staff who carried on speaking to me over the phone during the 2 weeks was very lovely and kept me updated . the staff member who served was very insistent on a 5 stars and a good review.

These guys are great. I visit roughly once a year when my iPhone gets smashed or, as this time, water damaged. They quote in advance and give 20% discount to teachers and students, which is a right bonus. Same-day fix and friendly staff.

My thoughts echo that of Clare Gillard. I appreciate mistakes happen and things go wrong, but it was the unreasonableness of the manager that really upset us.
The initial person that served us, was understanding and apologetic, but his hands were tied to a resolution; we thought that by speaking to a manager, they would understand the situation, and they ended up just being out of order and completely unreasonable. There was no acceptance that there fault was theirs and actually accused us of being in the wrong, when it was clearly their bad workmanship which was the reason for the faulty screen. The only argument the manager Kaz Shah had, was that we were out of warranty... admittedly, we were two days out of what they claimed was the three month warranty, but there was nothing to tell us that we had a three month warranty... not on the receipt, or any documentation that we received. When we asked Kaz to show us where it says the warranty stated it was three months, he looked everywhere around to try and find something that said this, but couldn't... and then tried to turn it around on us, and ask us how long we would expect a warranty to be; I would certainly expect longer than three months! It is consumer law to expect goods to last a reasonable amount of time, and three months for a phone screen is not reasonable!!!
Overall, would definitely avoid using Mobile Store to repair your phone, unless you want to walk out of there feeling like s**t... I would thoroughly recommend using Bad Apple Smartphone Repairs (in Pulloxhill) instead... great service, good pricing and a manager who's very friendly and knows what he's talking about!

This is an absolute cowboy service!
Mobile Store in Hitchin replaced my iPhone 8+ screen which I paid £80 for. After a couple of months the screen started to lift away from the phone. I took it back and they replaced the screen again. Another couple of months later the screen was lifting away from the phone. When I went back in they asked for another £80 and they will fit a genuine screen. I didn't realise they weren't genuine in the first place!
When I expressed my upset that they wanted to charge me double to fit a genuine screen due to the poor quality ones they use, they then said I was out of warranty. I was never advised of any warranty on my screen in the first place! So I asked how long the warranty was and they say 3 months. Firstly it was 28th December and apparently I was 2 days out... I could not get in any sooner! Secondly when I asked them to provide me with any written proof that they provide customers with the warranty information and timings, they couldn't! If it was made up by them on the spot or not, they do not provide their customers with this information.
After 45 minutes of arguing that I have Consumer Rights and that I have paid £80 and they have fit 2 faulty screens, they then tried to back track and say I broke the screen myself.
Disgusting customer service, poor quality workmanship, un-trustworthy and con artists.
Please consider another service before you go here.
