Worst tyre service we’ve ever experienced. Avoid.
We booked two tyres to be fitted at home. The fitter started work without even knocking, and within 24 hours the new tyre was completely flat.
They promised to come back on Saturday, then tried to cancel, only agreeing after we said we’d reverse the payment. When they arrived, they again removed the tyre without telling us and suddenly claimed our rim was cracked — something they should have checked before fitting the tyre in the first place.
Out of nowhere, they added £120 “accidental damage”, plus two more call-out fees (£80 and £100). They even asked if we had a heat gun because they didn’t bring proper tools. Because of this, they had to take the tyre away and return again.
The worst part?
They refused to return our tyre unless we paid everything upfront. With the car stuck on the driveway, we had no choice.
We ended up paying £720 for two budget tyres and a cracked rim, all caused by their failure to check the rim in the first place.

Terrible customer service and complete…
Terrible customer service and complete lack of care,
I called this company to try and repair/replace my motorcycle tyre.
I asked of they can take care of motorcycle tyres and was told yes. So proceeded to listen to all the price and procedure. I paid the £70 deposit and waited.
Nearly an hour later I received a blunt text asking for my bank details for a refund. No explanation, nothing. Couldn't even be bothered to call me.
This was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received my refund. Ive called in and received no apology or clarity on the matter. Also emailed and haven't even received a reply.
Absolutely disgusting service will never use try this company again. And would advise anyone else not too.

I was in desperate need to replace a…
I was in desperate need to replace a flat tyre, so I called Tyre Buddy for help. Initially, everything was ok, it was easy to arrange and pay. It was more than double what I would pay at a local garage but I almost expected this, considering it's a 24 hour service. I was given an ETA of 1 hour, this passed and I called again for an update, the driver then called me and said 30-40 mins more due to a diversion. Again over 40 mins passed still nobody showed up, at this point I began to think I had been scammed. Called again and given another ETA which wasn't accurate, over 3 hours later they arrived. Luckily, I was somewhere safe, but if i had been on the roadside I would of been extremely unhappy.
The fitters turned up in an unmarked white van. A young man hopped out and, without any introduction or hello, began working on my tyre. I asked a couple of questions but it was clear he didn't understand or speak any English, so I just stood there awkwardly until he was done.
It wasn't until the next day I noticed that my air cap valve hadn't been put back on, so I had to replace this. Additionally, the replaced tyre had been over-inflated, should of been 32 and it was 40.
I wouldn't use them or recommend them to anybody. I think if you are going to spend as much as they charge you should at least get a decent level of service and this felt anything but that.

Poor experience
I was quoted £150 over the phone and paid an initial £50 deposit. I can’t fault the fitter — they arrived promptly and did a good job. However, I was then advised that the remaining balance was £200, which is £100 more than I was quoted on the phone.
I queried this with the person who handled my call, who claimed they had reviewed the phone recording and that the price stated was £250. I asked for a copy of this recording (as is my legal right) and was told they would need to speak to management. Six hours later, I still hadn’t heard back, so I chased them multiple times via WhatsApp.
Eventually, I received a short, dismissive message that completely ignored my request to hear the call recording. Despite following up three more times (as of 27/10), I have received no further response.
Extremely poor customer service and a clear failure to comply with basic legal obligations. Very disappointing experience.

Pricing is ridiculous
Pricing is ridiculous, they know you're desperate. I asked for winter tyres and got fitted a cheap summer tyre that "will work in the winter". 2 tyres would've costed me £90 at a local garage (incl fitting) but they charged me £390 for the job. It's a joke

Quick and efficient service
The Gentleman who came to fit tyre was friendly, efficient and helpful.
Turned up well within the hour on a sunday as promised and replacing my flat tyre took probably bit less time than it seems to at tyee garages.
It is expensive compared to what you may be used to at a garage, £200 all in for one tyre but you are paying for the mobile service, payment made quick on his phone.
The call staff member could maybe do with a little bit more experience in communication, pleasant enough but bit too eager on the hard sell and not reading the watsapp messages properly but heyho that should come with time.

I was told one price on the phone and then the fitter gave me a different price after he had fitted the tyre. I feel robbed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They fly tip old tyres!!! Shocking, deceptive and totally immoral behaviour. They fly tipped into fields just down from Grains Bar. Photos of this are circulating on social media. Go and clean up after yourselves!!!

Just seen some photos on a loc Facebook page of one of their staff fly tipping some old tyres out of the back of their company marked van in a picturesque part of Saddleworth. If you care about things like this you may not want to employ them.

Do not use this service, the man is rude over priced, give different prices when you call them when asked why they say nothing comes free, 50 pound to take your tyre away, 120 pounds for call out fee, 80 deposit of which is included in the price, so one tyre cost 280 pounds, when asked about the price it is cheaper for if you are not a young woman,

My sons tyre burst on the motorway and I called this service for an emergency replacement. My son admittedly typed the wrong tyre size in his message to the guy, but asked him to double check the others before fitting. This guy still went ahead and fitted the wrong tyre size and sent my son off.
The tyre almost immediately went flat, and despite pumping up again, went flat again. My son is now stranded 2 and a half hours from home with a completely flat tyre.
When we called the guy up and asked what they could do about it, they said the wrong size tyre shouldn’t be going flat anyway, yet refused to do anything about it!
Not only did they fit the wrong size after seeing all the other tyres were a different size, they then admitted the tyre was faulty as it shouldn’t have been going flat despite the size difference and refused to fix it or refund.
I said I would post an awful review and he threatened that he would post my registration everywhere so that other companies would refuse my call in the future.
Over expensive, threatening over the phone and refused to fix his errors.
Just use Kwik Fit, they’re much cheaper.

Great service around. Helpful on the phone, once we had paid required deposit received almost an immediate response from employee who came out to assist us. He arrived to us within 30 minutes, was polite and chatted whilst he worked. Gave some helpful advise to my husband.
Have no hesitation in recommending Tyre Buddy Limited after the great service we received.
