This is the start of my second contract with this company. Today I took delivery of my new scooter and it is perfect. I requested a lighter scooter and was advised on the one I got. It is so much lighter and will make my life even easier. Very friendly staff they care about their customers.

During my initial telephone enquiry, William was friendly, knowledgeable and patient, taking time to fully answer all of my questions. There was no pushiness to place an order, and when I did, he showed genuine appreciation for my business. Subsequent communication about delivery date was prompt, delivery was as scheduled, and Phil - the delivery agent / engineer - was very friendly and professional, explaining everything simply but comprehensively. The scooter itself is in outstanding condition and appears to be barely used - as close to "brand new" as one could hope for. I can't yet comment on after-sales support as the scooter was only delivered this morning, but the service and overall experience thus far has been fantastic.

I wanted a sturdy off-road, and Road legal, mobility scooter, and I found what I was looking for on Mobility Giant’s website.
I ordered one and it was delivered today. A very pleasant and helpful man, named Mark, delivered it to me and demonstrated and explained all the controls, and answered all my questions.
After he left, I then went out through my local woods for a test drive and was very impressed with the scooter’s performance on grass, rough ground and gravel paths. It also climbed the hills with ease.
I am very pleased with my purchase and also the company, they have done everything they said they would do.

I have been so impressed with the service from beginning to end, I have not experienced such good customer service for decades. From my first contact with reception and then Lawrence who was extremely helpful to the engineer Wayne who delivered my mobility scooter and answered all my questions with absolute knowledge. Very very impressed.

I purchased a Landringer XL8 scooter which was a few years old but had only cover 36 miles and was described as near new condition. The scooter arrived and was handed over to me by Wayne, who was very polite and extremly helpful and explainsed everything about the scooter and its controls.
Very impressed on the scooters presentation and hand over by Wayne.

Brilliant service from start to finish , very helpful and polite on the phone , kept up to date until delivery and when delivered by Conor he was very polite and helpful telling and showing me all the info about my mobility scooter , would highly recommend .

Mobility Giant are a fantastic organisation, from the moment I got on touch to the delivery of my scooter. Every one I came in contact with were polite & responsive. Any question I asked were answered speedily and acurately. I would recomend them to any friend of mine wantinf a mobility appliance.

The only “nit picking” I have is:
1. Despite seeing the tyre pressure mentioned TWICE in the Manual there was no ideal number listed. A phone call to Giant solved the problem! (35psi Front &30psi rear)
2. The ignition key could be removed whilst igntion still on! Worn key and nice to know!

Otherwise no problems, Well done Giant!

Rang mobility giant about my scooter playing up, an amazing man came out the same day called Lee. Very polite and curtious. Very gentle friendly and helpful. He told me what he was doing as he was doing it and explained everything Very thoroughly and professionally a credit to the company….. but I also think mobility giant are outstanding. Best mobility company around. Massive thank you lee
