Jonathan delivered my mobility scooter today. A very nice chap who knows his stuff. He made sure that I knew how the thing works, and he put the walking stick brackets on all before my signing the paperwork, that he also went through.

This whole process getting me to my 1st scooter has been seamless, with friendly and professional staff answering my many calls with questions. I must have driven them up the wall!

Delivery was timed, and text message updates enabled me to plan my morning.

I love my independance regained!

Excellent service from first contact to delivery. My mum is over the moon with her scooter, it’s literally changed her life. Would recommend to anyone. Delivery driver Matthew was thorough, explained everything and didn’t leave until both my mum and I were happy. He showed me how to put the scooter in my car and said that if we had any problems or questions he would come back and go through it again. Excellent service 5*

Mobility Giant made my purchase 'A Breeze'.
I was a bit worried and nervous about needing my first scooter.
However the website appealed to me and was easy to navigate.
I ordered a scooter,However a few days later I was looking at other high end models,for what I needed,better battery,captains chair,better all round suspension.
I phoned Mobility Giant and explained my situation, the staff ( can't remember ladies name..sorry)
Was super helpful and put me through to Stefan on the sales team,who was brilliant.
He listened to what I needed ,and arranged the swap over,and confirmed everything, made me feel really happy and relaxed.
I recieved a phone call a few days later confirming drop off date,However I recieved another phone call telling me it'll be 24 hours earlier 😀

My Scooter came earlier than expected which was lovely.
Mark, our delivery driver was really helpful, explained everything in detail about the Scooter and was extremely happy and friendly which made everything so much better.

My experience with the company has been very positive. I can’t fault them.
Care was taken to ensure the dimensions suited my needs and that it would fit through the property door when stored.
The scooter itself was competitively priced and could be taken for new.
Because I am in Scotland it was not possible to have a personal delivery but the driver for the delivery company was excellent.
I know things can go wrong with the scooter but in terms of the service to date you won’t find better.

The guy who delivered the scooter, Matthew, was patient and understanding with my 87 year old dad without being pushy or condescending. He explained the features of the scooter and was happy to stay for as long as we needed his assistance.

Must be the best company to buy a mobility Scooter ln the UK I’m on my second scooter from them and I have nothing but praise from the service I have received nothing is too much trouble I’ve taken out a 2 year warranty so have total peace of mind my scooter a pride executive is like new with brand new batteries I recommend mobility giant to anyone who enquires about my scooter and have 5 friends locally who have dealt with this company

Very helpful regarding my order. Had a courtesy call to make sure I knew the measurements of the mobility scooter I had purchased to make sure it will fit where I'm going to store it as there would be a return fee if it didn't. I was fully aware that it was going to fit but it was nice to be made aware of it could've been a problem. Had a email on the morning of the delivery giving me a delivery time window and the name of the driver. The scooter was delivered in the time window and the driver explained to what I needed to know about it. Very pleased with everything regarding the delivery and the scooter

I have just taken delivery of my tga breeze s4 max recommended by mobility giant after discussing my needs and requirements. I found the service to be polite and informative.
The man who delivered my scooter was named Mark. A wonderful man who took the time to show me the operations of the scooter. He gave me clear instructions to follow to protect the longevity of the scooter and didn't leave until I felt safe and happy using the scooter. I am thoroughly looking forward to using the scooter, knowing its insured and has maintenance/break down coverage is peace of mind worth having. 5 star service and recommended.
