Mobility Scooters Plus Avis 

The time allowed to express my needs given my memory and cognitive problems. I was respected, answers were clear and clarified if not clear first time to me. I was given clear advice on the options I was considering so I could make an informed choice. I struggled to choose a colour and order was changed when I changed my mind. Delivery was on time clear explanation of use of mobility scooter also answering all my questions.

Excellent service from this company. I absolutely love my scooter, which came fully charged and ready to go.
Excellent and timely communications from Paul and Rob made it a real pleasure to do business with them.

We have had a large scooter and electric wheelchair from theses guys, we had no problem with either excellent service, fast service
And we have just received our new gel batteries for our wheelchair polite and cheerful

Quick shipping, good follow up. One thing would have improved things is offering an assembly service as I did struggle to do it myself, I can imagine others who don't have the support I do would really struggle.

Excellent scooter which was so comfortable , it was a shame I had to return it after receiving bad news from a scan, I can't praise Paul ,Rob, and Chris enough for their excellent knowledge and care . I would deal with them again if I have a chance.

After sales service is very poor.
All is great until you have an issue. Purchased scooter in December, it broke on 20th May, it’s still under warranty, todays date is 2 June (two weeks) and still no further forward, no resolution, no clue what is happening or when it is happening, poor communication. Left completely housebound

After going into mobility shops and searching online, mobility scooters plus came up the best and the cheapest. Paul was always so quick to get back to me and was very helpful and patient with me.
A man named Rob delivered it and again he was so very polite and friendly.
There was only one small issue, the little bag attached to the back of the seat is very creased. I was hoping the creases would have come out but they haven’t so I have had to buy a bag to go over the seat to hide it.
I highly recommend this company though. It’s so easy to order and a great service. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you mobility scooters plus, you have made my life so much easier.

I don't know where to start with praise for the wonderful help I received from Rob. He brought my new scooter into the house, showed me all the relevant details. Needless to say, the scooter was fantastic. Charged fully in next to no time and ran like a charm on my first outing. Many, many thanks to all concerned. Great company and great products.

Company did all I asked but my expectations were too high. The ultralite 480 falls short in too many ways when compared with the eco4 I had before.

Just bought a VEO SPORT off this company, they were so very helpful getting the model I required. Arrived a couple of days later in perfect condition. A great little scooter that takes apart very easily to fit in my car. Will certainly deal with Mobility Scooters again. Thank you for a great service and well priced scooter .

I ordered this on line and the process was very easy and straight forward and they were also very helpful and knowledgeable answering some questions I had in regard to the product. Delivery was on the agreed date and time and the engineer had unpacked and checked it out to ensure everything was working correctly. I was given a demonstration on how it all worked leaving me happy and confident in its use.

Excellent service, scooter arrived when promised (Although the courier failed to contact me with a time and turned up when I was still in bed (Having had a bad nights sleep)
This is the third one of this model I've had (Shoprider Valencia) and the only reason I've changed this one is because I managed to tip the old one over and damaged the tiller. I had visited 10 different countries on my old one, here's to even more in the coming years.

Really nice people to deal with, help with order, kept up to date on delivery and excellent advice on collection.

Excellent service. Wonderful super light scooter, iPride 3 wheeled scooter.
Excellent communications and speedy delivery.
It wasn't useful for me though, so had to return it.
All went well and refunded; minus a carriage fee, which was expected.

Very good from start to finish. The scooter came well packed and in perfect condition. The delivery driver was great. As I am disabled the driver helped me by putting the heavy box in my back yard he was great and polite. I contacted mobility scooter plus with an enquiry and they answered straight away. Fantastic service.

At first I was worried about the possibility of being scammed by the reasonable price considering that other companies charge up to double the price BUTi am glad to be proven wrong my scooter is brand new and very good quality I’m glad I bought it from mobility scooters plus I will be a returning customer many thanks

My Kymco Vivio powerchair arrived on time this morning. I can’t express how pleased with both the chair and the company. Customer service is excellent. My wife finally persuaded me to buy a Mobility Scooter. I’d been housebound for 3 years and I needed to get out! After a lot of searching I soon realised that my local outlet was somewhat expensive so I asked Mr. Google. These people had the keenest prices and a large range of scooters. I had some ideas but I decided to give them a call. I spoke to Paul. Discussed my requirements and explained my situation. We ended up homing in on a Sterling S700. A little cheaper than the one I thought I’d end up with so there really is no hard sell!
The Scooter was delivered yesterday all ready to go (by Paul) and I’ve just had a drive around. It’s excellent in every way.
The whole buying experience was easy, enjoyable and the Customer Service was superb. You can tell that these guys really care!
I would not hesitate to recommend Mobility Scooters Plus to anyone in the market for mobility products. There is NOTHING they could have done better!
