They refuse to shut down my account…

They refuse to shut down my account after many requests and filling out forms they continue to withdraw money from my funding account. I cannot withdraw and they refuse to close. It has been months of this. I’m astonished how bad their customer service is.

My mom sent me $20 and I had two other…

My mom sent me $20 and I had two other dollars in my account and they took it away and they never gave it back so I had a total of $22 in there and now I have to earn it back but I don’t know how to because they just took our money

No customer service

No customer service ever. They don't answer phones or chats. Missing transaction history. Debit card declining for no apparent reason when there were visible funds and the pin was correct. So infuriating.

It was really good for buying stuff and…

It was really good for buying stuff and it is also pretty fun to collect your reward points every time you get on so you can exchange those points for money. It is also a mystery to see how many points you get, so far it is really great!

Good experience with the card up until…

Good experience with the card up until the migration which doesn’t allow you access to anything virtual card is impossible to find on here they said at first everything would be available by June and it is already June 5 now they say mid June and once the migration is done, you don’t receive the card until you order it and that is also a 10 to 15 day waiting process. So that means possibly waiting until July or mid July since they don’t give actual dates till our children are able to access any of the funds on their account. My husband and I will be looking for another card. It will most likely arrive before they’re done with this migration.

We truly appreciate you sharing your experience and are very sorry for the frustration during this migration. You’re absolutely right—it’s taken longer than expected, and we understand how disruptive that’s been, especially for families who rely on Modak day to day.
We want you to know that ODFI transfers (ACH withdrawals) are now live, so funds can be moved to an external bank. Additionally, we’re optimistic that virtual card access will be restored next week, with physical card ordering to follow shortly after. We’ll be expediting shipping to minimize delays wherever possible.
