Company just straight up is stealing from their customers. I never received my order and they wont refund me for the order or the shipping. Dont buy from them unless you want to be left with no money and no item. Really terrible customer service.

I purchased two bikinis both with medium size bottoms. After wearing one set on holiday I decided I wanted a smaller size bottoms so returned the unworn pair.
The return system is frustrating as I had to pay £4 for tracked delivery. The item arrived at the warehouse on 29th Sept I sent numerous emails asking when I would receive a refund.
On 15th October I received the item back in the post with no note.
I sent further email asking what had happened. I received a response saying the item had been worn and there were marks inside. This is an absolute lie as I haven’t worn them and the protective layer is still inside them. What a disgraceful and underhanded way to refuse a return. I have purchased a number of bikinis and I have even replaced the bikini bottoms with a small size but I will not purchase again and I will not recommend this company.
BE AWARE THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURNS!!!!!!

Awful company don’t want to accept returns or refund avoid! I’ve sent 5 emails over a 6 week period requesting to return a faulty bikini that I took on holiday and the embellishment came away after wearing once. This was not a cheap item so I expected it to last. I have received no response to any of my emails and their messenger just directs me to the same email address help@modaminx that I’ve sent 5 emails to. I would think very carefully about purchasing from this company their customer service is disgraceful. I’m left with a bikini I couldn’t wear and unable to in the future. So Moda Minx just choose to ignore customer hoping they will tire of asking to return for a refund and disappear! Awful company!

To return items I had to use Express mailing because I live in the Netherlands it cost me 30 euro(,never ever have I heared of such a thing!!! )Because Modaminx doesnt add a returnticket. To make things wors the customservice is very poor and they respond in a very nasty,non professional way. Poorest custumservice ever. So do not order from the webshop but use Zalando instead if you want to order. Never ever again.

Awful company. First time I have purchased and I spent over £180 and none of the items are suitable. They won’t give me a refund so what I waste only a store credit and there is nothing else I like. I will never be purchasing from this website again!

I recieved a bikini as a birthday gift and unfortunately doesn't fit. I reached out to arrange an exhange however was told that they don't do exchanges so I would need to return and repurchase. As this was a gift it had past the 14day return policy and are now ignorning my emails and refusing a refund. This is really disappointing as the items are not cheap and will now be wasted as I won't be able to return it.

Bought a sequin bikini a while ago and also stone colour today !! So excited to wear them on my vegas trip - honestly best quality swimwear. Was actually in vegas last year that I asked a girl where her stuff was from and she said Moda ! Since then no looking back xxx

Worst swimwear brand EVER! The bikinis are really poor quality. The jewels fall off. The dye runs. You can’t even wear the SWIMWEAR In water and they don’t do refunds. I think sheins swimwear is better quality and that’s saying something. They ask you to leave a nice review for 10% off. I think this company is really dodgy. It’s probably run by criminals and I think they need investigating!
