Model Buses Collection Avis

My dealings with MBC have always been a positive experience, their choice of subjects is varied & interesting. The models are always well packed & the tracked service is very helpful, I am looking forward to the 2026 releases in high expectations.

Nice model. Parcel received well packaged and in good condition.

Well packed and fast dispatch.

Excellent model company. Good price answer brilliant choice of models. Their commission models are what collectors want.

The quality of the finish and the level of detail make this an excellent piece of work. I am pleased with my previous MBC models and will continue to purchase from the care evident in their production.

Everything is as described, excellent models, well packed when sent by mail

Mark, team, you guys know how much I adore the models you create for us!

I’ve never missed a release yet, the enclosed catalogue only serving to whet my appetite further for 2026!

This was my first purchase, communication was good, order arrived next day. Excellent service would order again.

What a great Company. I’m new to collecting the buses. Fantastic detail. I messaged them and they come back straight away with fantastic advise. 5stars from me. Thank you so much.

Fantastic, they couldn’t get a higher score if they tried as it’s already been reached 10/10 as usual, my uncle has been collecting their Buses for years, customer service is one of the best at corresponding information etc really friendly & helpful. 5 ******* plus.

Hi there,

I was initially happy with my order; however, one item is still missing and has been outstanding for several weeks now. This product was marked as a pre-order, but I haven’t received any clear information regarding its release date, expected delivery timeline, or current status.

At the moment, there is no tracking information or update available, which makes it difficult to understand what’s happening with this item. I’d really appreciate some clarification on when this product is expected to be dispatched or officially released, as well as any relevant tracking details if available.

I’m keen to resolve this smoothly and remain positive about the experience, but an update would be very helpful at this stage. Thank you in advance for your support, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind regards,
Alejandra
