Modelverse Avis

A fantastic seller. My gundams arrived ahead of schedule and perfectly packaged. I will definitely be using them again thank you

Best store and reasonable price for Pbandai kit

The entire experience was outstanding with prompt delivery and excellent pricing. Although one of the boxes had a slight blemish, that was only a minor hiccup from my perspective. I appreciate the service and definitely plan to shop here again. Thanks!

Great model kit at a great value price, excellently packaged in a sturdy box so that it survived the postal service in faultless condition, and dispatched quickly even over the holiday period. Website is also excellent, with plenty of varied kits that are actually in stock and ready for dispatch. Literally nothing to complain about, would highly recommend.

One of the best model kit shop in the UK, good price and good package.

I've ordered from Modelverse a couple of times now and they're definitely my favourite online model kit store. The shipping is always really fast, the kits are packed very well, and their prices are really good also.

Brilliant experience with my first order and shortly after my second order.
Great and rapid customer service and coms.
Prices and selection are exceptional!
Will be ordering again soon!!

Great value. Very helpful with questions

I ordered a kit that I couldn’t find anywhere else here and it showed up quickly (2 days) and in great condition. Modelverse has some of the lowest prices I can find in the UK definitely use them for model kits or figures

Online interface very easy to navigate, ordering is straight-forward and timely. Talked to staff on WhatsApp about an order and they were friendly and responsive.

Great service, goods packaged well with quick delivery.

Overall fantastic experience fast delivery, great prices. The only negative was that one of the boxes wasn’t pristine, but I guess that’s my own beef. But yeah, will be shopping with you again, thank you

Great experience with the company! Fast delivery and have a large variety of stock, increasing every month. For me, I'm not only a Gundam fan but also a Megami Device and Frame Arms Girl builder, so I'm happy to see all of them in stock. Another plus side is that they include the box condition in the listing, so if you are a collector, you can avoid damaged boxed items, or if you only care about the content, like me, you can earn a little bit of discount from those items.

Fast delivery and great packaging!

Great range of kits. Ordered and dispatched really quickly. Kit arrived well packaged and perfect condition. Would happily buy from again.

I have nothing but good things to say really. I was a little skeptical at first as I hadn't heard of modelverse. Turns out they are legit and most importantly, they offer pretty much the best prices in the UK, from what I've found in a pretty in depth search.

Getting plamo kits without paying either insane shipping fees or really high up charges in the UK is pretty hard, but modelverse definitely had stuff at really good prices. They have a pretty good selection too.

I also didnt get tracking information from royal mail, but a quick email to modelverse and they managed to get it got me.

Ordered 2 Gunpla from Modelverse website. Price is good. Arrived by royalmail after a few days in good conditons. Will purchase again in future.

Ordered the Soskill B Duck model from Modelverse. It arrived very quickly, within two days I believe.
Unfortunately, And I must stress, Through no fault of Modelverse, there was a manufacturer error with the model.
I contacted the store and Jovey was very polite and helpful. Dealt with my issue and sent me the replacement part a lot quicker than expected.
Will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
