I would give them zero stars if I could. I spent the money to ship back the item with the understanding that they would refund my original payment method and now they are giving me store credit, which I didn't want. I will not be buying anything from them again. This was a terrible buying experience.

Terrible return policy, terrible customer service and cheap looking products. Buyer beware!

I used to be returning customer with them, and their quality of the bags have gone down hill. These bags are overpriced and break within a few months. You would think a expensive bag like this would last longer then it did. Save your money.

I ordered a purse that was final sale. When it arrived, the handles were sticky like something spilled all over them. I contacted customer service, and they said that it’s probably from the packaging, and I should wipe it with a cloth which didn’t work. They said they would only refund half my money, and I threw the purse away. I wrote a negative review on their site and it was never posted.

This store is a complete scam, save your money. I bought one of their purses and didn't even get to wear it for 2 weeks before the "leather" strap broke making the purse unusable. I contacted their "customer support" and they said too bad, we won't do anything about it, but you can just buy another one.....as if I want to buy another cheap piece of crap from them. Horrible business and cheap cheap cheap products that don't even last 2 weeks. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a boutique. I ordered a sky blue Briel bag, and what I received was not the color that was shown in the pictures. I spent weeks trying to get a hold of the company giving them a picture of my bag in comparison to their advertised pictures. And while the colors were 100% different they continue to insist that they were the same color. I got second opinions from multiple people and everybody I talked to stated that it was not the correct color. They made me pay for shipping to return which was $10.90, and then when I finally received my refund they took out the initial shipping cost. I spent a total of $16 on this bag and there was no sort of apology or reconciliation regarding the fact that they falsely advertised their bag. The bag quality was cheap the price was overpriced and the customer service was awful. I attempted to leave a review and it was very clear that they filter the reviews on their site and get rid of honest reviews. It has been a week since I posted and it is nowhere to be found. I would not recommend buying anything from this dishonest company.
